World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for winning an interview? Before you start, you have to ask yourself questions, be even those of knowing: # 1 Position yourself: Who am I?
You need to be concise and efficient. Your employer's memory where castor will only retain a selection of information, and you will help him make this selection. What do you want the employer to take away from you at the end of the day?
# 2 Define yourself: What do I want to do? It is about developing your projects by emphasizing your motivation, and justifying your skills with specific examples.
# 3 Stand out: Why did you choose this company?
Don't be an anonymous person with the “right profile”. Stand out by justifying why you, your background, your way of seeing, thinking, working can bring them something. Be sure of yourself and explain why you are there. Several possibilities then arise:
You like their values. You learned about what they are doing (don't hesitate to quote a project, show them you know what you're talking about) and you liked it. You have seen challenges that you can meet. You've met someone from the company who piqued your interest.
World Class Beauty Queens: What is one mistake you made during the competition that you wish you could redo and fix? To be true there is no.
