World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Can you share a bit about who you are? Like, what are your passions outside of the pageant world?

I am a proud Filipina from the Province of Bulacan. A Licensed Professional Teacher, a virtual administrative professional, a wife, mother and a woman who believes that every stage in life is an opportunity to grow and inspire others. Outside of pageantry, I enjoy spending quality time with my family because they are my greatest source of strength and inspiration. I also love traveling and discovering new places, especially destinations that showcase the beauty, culture, and traditions of the Philippines. Exploring different communities allows me to appreciate the diversity of our country and the stories that make each place unique. My professional journey has also taught me the importance of discipline, resilience, and adaptability. Working in the virtual administration field has strengthened my communication, leadership, and organizational skills, while becoming a Licensed Professional Teacher has deepened my appreciation for education and the power of inspiring others through knowledge and example. What truly defines me is my belief that beauty is not only about appearance but also about character, integrity, and the way we treat people. I strive to live with gratitude, humility, and kindness every day. Whether I'm wearing a crown, working professionally, or simply spending time with the people I love, I always aim to be a positive influence and to encourage others to believe in themselves. At the heart of everything I do is the desire to keep growing, embrace new opportunities, and leave every place and every person a little better than I found them. I believe that success is not only measured by accomplishments but by the lives we touch and the values we uphold along the way.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: I’m curious about your education journey. What's it been like for you, any particular highlights or challenges?

My educational journey is a story of perseverance. One of the biggest highlights of my life was earning my Bachelor of Science in Office Administration degree at the age of 32. While my path was different from many others, it taught me that success has no timeline. I later completed my Teaching Certificate Program and became a Licensed Professional Teacher. My journey reminds me that with determination, faith, and hard work, it's never too late to achieve your dreams.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Women's empowerment is such a key topic. What does it mean to you personally?

Women's empowerment means giving every woman the confidence, opportunity, and voice to pursue her dreams regardless of age, marital status, or background. It's about lifting one another instead of competing against each other and proving that women can lead with compassion, strength, and purpose.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did you get into pageants? What sparked your interest initially?

My journey into pageantry began with my admiration for women who used their crowns to make a positive difference in their communities. I realized that pageants are about much more than beauty, they are platforms for leadership, service, and personal growth. Watching confident and inspiring queens encouraged me to believe that I could also use my voice to make an impact. I wanted to challenge myself by stepping outside my comfort zone and discovering my full potential. Through pageantry, I found an opportunity to develop my confidence, communication skills, and sense of purpose. That passion continues to inspire me to grow not only as a competitor but also as a woman who strives to inspire others.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What motivated you to participate in your first pageant? Was there a defining moment?

The biggest motivation for joining my first pageant was my desire to prove to myself that I was capable of achieving something I had always dreamed about. I wanted to challenge my fears, build my confidence, and embrace opportunities for personal growth. There wasn't just one defining moment, but rather a realization that life is too short to let fear hold you back from pursuing your dreams. I also wanted to show that women can continue to achieve their goals regardless of their age, career, or stage in life. Every step of the journey taught me resilience, discipline, and the importance of believing in myself. Looking back, joining my first pageant was one of the best decisions I have ever made because it opened doors to meaningful experiences and lifelong friendships.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Why did you choose to compete for your current title? What made it stand out for you?

I chose to compete for my current title because I wanted to be part of a pageant that celebrates beauty with purpose. What stood out to me was its commitment to empowering women to become leaders, role models, and ambassadors of goodwill. It is a platform that values not only physical beauty but also character, intelligence, and community involvement. I knew this pageant would allow me to grow personally while giving me the opportunity to inspire others. Representing Bulacan on a national stage was a great honor and a responsibility that I embraced with pride. Winning the title of Mrs. Philippines International 2026 Runner-Up has become one of the most meaningful milestones in my journey.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: I'd love to know more about your pageant system. Could you explain what it’s all about?

Our pageant system is dedicated to empowering women to become confident leaders and positive role models in society. It celebrates women from different backgrounds who are committed to making a difference through service, leadership, and advocacy. The competition goes beyond beauty by recognizing intelligence, communication skills, confidence, and genuine compassion for others. It also encourages contestants to represent their communities with pride while promoting meaningful causes. Throughout the journey, we receive guidance that helps us grow both personally and professionally. More than earning a title, this pageant creates women of substance who continue to inspire and serve long after the competition ends.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What do you think sets your pageant director apart from others?

Our director genuinely cares about the contestants beyond the competition. She believes in developing not only beautiful queens but compassionate leaders who continue serving even after the competition ends.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: During competitions, what are the key things you're judged on?

Pageant competitions evaluate much more than physical beauty. Contestants are judged on their confidence, stage presence, communication skills, intelligence, personality, and overall presentation. The judges also look at how well we carry ourselves with grace, professionalism, and authenticity. Our advocacy and our ability to inspire and connect with people are equally important. Every segment of the competition is an opportunity to demonstrate discipline, preparation, and character. I believe the judges are looking for someone who can represent the organization with integrity and purpose.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What’s your competition experience been like? Any memorable moments or learnings?

Competing in pageants has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Every competition challenged me to become stronger, more confident, and more resilient. One of my most unforgettable moments was being named Runner-Up at Mrs. Philippines International 2026 and will compete on the international stage soon, along with receiving the special awards Best in Festival Costume, Most Viewed Tourism Video, and Mrs. Philippines International 2026 Woman of Substance. Those recognitions reminded me that hard work, dedication, and staying true to yourself are always worthwhile. Beyond the awards, I gained lifelong friendships and learned valuable lessons from incredible women who shared the same passion for service and excellence. Every competition has shaped me into a better version of myself, and I am truly grateful for the journey.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Would you recommend your pageant system to others? If so, why?

Absolutely, without hesitation. I would highly recommend this pageant system to any woman who wants to grow personally while making a meaningful impact in her community. It is more than a competition, it is a journey of self-discovery, leadership, and service. The organization encourages women to embrace their strengths, build confidence, and use their voices for a greater purpose. It also creates a supportive environment where contestants uplift and inspire one another instead of simply competing. The friendships, experiences, and lessons you gain are priceless and remain with you long after the pageant ends. It truly empowers women to become queens not only on stage but also in everyday life.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell me about your advocacy or volunteer work. What causes are you passionate about?

My advocacy focuses on caring for the elderly because I believe our senior citizens deserve to live with dignity, love, and respect. They have spent their lives making sacrifices for their families and communities, and now it is our turn to give back to them. Many elderly people experience loneliness or feel forgotten, and I want to help change that by encouraging people to spend more time with them and listen to their stories. Even a simple conversation or act of kindness can make a meaningful difference in their lives. Through my platform, I hope to raise awareness about the importance of supporting programs that promote the health, well-being, and happiness of our senior citizens. I also want to inspire younger generations to value the wisdom and life experiences of our elders. For me, true service begins with compassion, and I will continue using my voice to remind everyone that caring for the elderly is a responsibility we all share.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: With your title, what kinds of appearances or activities have you been involved in?

Since earning the title of Mrs. Philippines International 2026 Runner-Up, I have been honored to participate in community events, charity activities, radio and tv guestings, radio hosting, reels actres and more public appearances. Every invitation has given me the opportunity to connect with people from different communities and share my journey. I have also supported outreach activities for senior citizens, which are very close to my heart. These experiences have allowed me to promote kindness, compassion, and respect while representing the values of the organization. I also enjoy attending cultural celebrations and events that highlight the beauty and traditions of our country. Every appearance reminds me that wearing a crown is not only about representing beauty but also about serving others with sincerity and humility. I am grateful that my title allows me to inspire people and create positive change beyond the pageant stage.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Can you share some of your achievements, both in and outside of pageantry?

One of my proudest achievements is being named Runner-Up at Mrs. Philippines International 2026, where I had the honor of proudly representing the Province of Bulacan. I was also deeply humbled to receive the special awards Best in Festival Costume, Most Viewed Tourism Video, and Mrs. Philippines International 2026 – Woman of Substance. These recognitions mean so much to me because they celebrate not only beauty and creativity, but also purpose, advocacy, and the ability to inspire others. Beyond pageantry, one of my greatest personal milestones was earning my Bachelor of Science in Office Administration at the age of 32, proving that dreams have no expiration date. I later completed my Teaching Certificate Program and became a Licensed Professional Teacher, an achievement that reflects my passion for lifelong learning and personal growth. Professionally, I have built a fulfilling career in virtual administration while continuously expanding my skills and embracing new opportunities. Above all, I am most proud of my family. I have been happily married to my husband, Ryan Abrigo, for 15 wonderful years, and together we are raising a strong, confident, and compassionate daughter. Despite my many responsibilities as a wife, mother, and professional, I remain committed to supporting my mother, my brother, and even my cousin who lives just a block away. Being able to care for my loved ones and give back to my family is one of my life's greatest blessings. More than any title or award, my greatest accomplishment is knowing that my journey encourages others to believe in themselves, pursue their dreams regardless of age or circumstance, and never give up. I hope my story serves as a reminder that with faith, perseverance, and determination, it is never too late to achieve your dreams and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: In such a competitive field, what do you think makes you stand out?

I believe what makes me stand out is my authenticity and the values I carry wherever I go. I never try to become someone I'm not because I believe genuine character always shines through. My journey has taught me resilience, humility, and the importance of staying grounded despite achievements and recognition. I also bring maturity and life experience that have helped shape my confidence and perspective. Rather than focusing on competing against others, I focus on becoming the best version of myself every single day. I believe people connect more with sincerity than perfection, and I always strive to inspire through kindness and compassion. If I can leave people feeling encouraged after meeting me, then I know I have truly made a difference.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: I can only imagine how it feels to win. What was going through your mind when your name was announced as the winner?

When my name was announced as Mrs. Philippines International 2026 Runner-Up, I was overwhelmed with gratitude and emotion. My first thoughts were of my family, my handler, my make-up artist, my supporters, and everyone who believed in me throughout this journey. I remembered every sacrifice, every challenge, and every moment when I questioned myself but chose to keep going. Standing on that stage reminded me that hard work, perseverance, and faith always have a purpose. Although I did not take home the crown, I felt like a winner because I had already achieved so much through the experience. Receiving the special awards made the moment even more meaningful and reminded me that every effort had been recognized. It was a memory I will treasure forever and one that continues to inspire me to keep serving with purpose.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does being a Beauty Queen mean to you?

For me, being a Beauty Queen is about much more than wearing a crown or a beautiful gown. It means becoming a role model who leads with integrity, compassion, and humility. A true queen uses her platform to inspire others, advocate for meaningful causes, and make a positive difference in her community. Beauty may open doors, but character, kindness, and service are what truly define a queen. I believe a title comes with great responsibility because many people look up to us for inspiration. Every action, every word, and every decision should reflect the values we represent. To me, being a Beauty Queen is a lifelong commitment to serving others with grace and purpose.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How have pageants impacted your life?

Pageantry has transformed my life in ways I never imagined. It has helped me become more confident, disciplined, and resilient, both personally and professionally. Through this journey, I discovered strengths that I never knew I had and learned to embrace challenges with courage. It also gave me opportunities to meet inspiring women who motivated me to become better every day. Winning titles and awards are truly an honor, but the greatest reward has been the personal growth and friendships I gained along the way. Pageants have taught me that true success is measured not only by trophies but by the lives we inspire and the positive impact we create. I will always be grateful for the lessons, experiences, and opportunities that pageantry has brought into my life.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How have pageants influenced your self-esteem and body image?

Pageantry has taught me that true beauty begins with confidence and self-acceptance. Like many women, I have experienced moments of self-doubt and wondered if I was enough. Through pageants, I learned to appreciate my unique qualities instead of comparing myself to others. I realized that every woman has her own beauty, story, and purpose. Preparing for competitions also encouraged me to adopt a healthier lifestyle, not to meet unrealistic standards, but to become the best version of myself. Today, I wear my imperfections with confidence because they are part of the journey that shaped me. My advice to other women is to embrace who they are, because confidence is always the most beautiful thing anyone can wear.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: You’re an inspiration to many. How does that feel, and what message do you want to share with others?

It is truly humbling to know that my journey has inspired other people. I never entered pageantry simply to win a title—I joined because I wanted to grow as a person and make a positive difference. Knowing that someone finds hope or courage through my story is one of the greatest rewards I could ever receive. My message is that no dream is impossible if you are willing to work hard, stay patient, and believe in yourself. Age, setbacks, and challenges should never stop you from pursuing your goals. I also encourage everyone to show kindness wherever they go because even the smallest act of compassion can change someone's life. Most importantly, let us never forget to honor, respect, and care for our elderly, whose wisdom and sacrifices have helped shape our families and communities.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What’s your strategy for captivating the judges on stage?

My strategy is to be authentic and fully present in every moment. I believe judges can easily recognize when someone is genuine, so I focus on letting my true personality shine. I maintain good posture, make confident eye contact, and wear a sincere smile because these simple gestures create a strong connection. I also remind myself to stay calm and enjoy the experience rather than worrying about perfection. Before stepping on stage, I take a deep breath, pray, and remember why I started this journey. Confidence comes from preparation, but authenticity is what truly leaves a lasting impression. I always strive to represent myself, my values, and my community with grace and dignity.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How do you prepare for competitions? Any specific routines or practices?

Preparing for a pageant requires dedication, discipline, and consistency. I spend time practicing my runway walk, improving my communication skills, and preparing for interview questions. I also maintain a balanced lifestyle by eating nutritious meals, staying physically active, and getting enough rest. Reading about current events and social issues helps me become more knowledgeable and confident during interviews. Mental preparation is just as important, so I spend time praying, reflecting, and reminding myself to stay focused on my purpose. I believe preparation is not only about looking beautiful but also about developing confidence, intelligence, and emotional strength. Every competition becomes an opportunity to improve and learn something new about myself.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Got any tips for nailing the perfect pageant walk?

A beautiful pageant walk begins with confidence, not just technique. Always maintain good posture, keep your shoulders relaxed, and walk with purpose and elegance. Your smile should be natural because it reflects your confidence and personality. Practice consistently until your walk feels comfortable and effortless instead of overly rehearsed. Choose shoes that fit well and allow you to move gracefully, as comfort plays a big role in your performance. Most importantly, remember that every step should tell a story of confidence, poise, and authenticity. When you truly believe in yourself, your walk becomes memorable because it reflects who you are.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Choosing the right pageant dress can be crucial. What are your tips for making the best choice?

The perfect pageant gown is one that makes you feel confident, elegant, and comfortable. It should complement your body shape while reflecting your personality and style. I believe it's important to choose a dress that enhances your confidence instead of simply following trends. Comfort is also essential because it allows you to walk naturally and focus on your performance. Every detail, from the color to the design, should help tell your story and showcase your individuality. A beautiful gown may capture attention, but it is your confidence and how you wear it that truly make it unforgettable. At the end of the day, the best dress is the one that allows your inner beauty to shine.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Interview rounds can be tricky. What are your strategies for a winning interview?

My strategy is to stay authentic, listen carefully, and answer from the heart because sincerity always resonates more than memorized responses. I prepare by staying informed about current issues, reflecting on my personal journey, and practicing clear communication. Most importantly, I remind myself that the interview is an opportunity to share my purpose, values, and vision as a woman, wife, mother, and leader. Confidence comes from knowing who I am and what I stand for. I believe that when your words reflect genuine passion and integrity, they naturally leave a lasting impression. Winning an interview begins with being your most authentic self.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Looking back, is there a moment in a competition you wish you could redo?

Every competition has taught me valuable lessons, so I choose to see every experience as part of my growth rather than something I wish to erase. If I could revisit one moment, I would simply allow myself to be more relaxed and fully enjoy the experience instead of focusing on perfection. Growth comes from embracing both strengths and imperfections. Each challenge has made me more resilient, confident, and compassionate. Those moments prepared me for the woman I am today as I've pursued Mrs. Philippines International 2026. I believe every step of my journey has a purpose.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What common mistakes do you see others making in contests?

One common mistake is comparing yourself to other contestants instead of embracing your own unique qualities. Beauty pageants celebrate individuality, and authenticity is what truly sets a candidate apart. Another mistake is focusing solely on appearance while overlooking the importance of communication, character, and purpose. Judges are looking for a well-rounded woman who can inspire beyond the stage. Confidence should come from within, not from competition with others. When you stay true to yourself, you naturally shine.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Do you have any experience in modeling or acting?

Yes, my journey has allowed me to gain valuable experience in front of the camera and on stage, helping me develop confidence, poise, and professionalism. Modeling has taught me how to present myself with grace, while public appearances have strengthened my communication skills. Although every opportunity is different, I always strive to represent myself with elegance and authenticity. These experiences have prepared me to confidently carry the responsibilities of a beauty queen. More importantly, they have taught me discipline, adaptability, and resilience. I believe these qualities are just as valuable as beauty itself.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your plans or goals for the upcoming year as a Queen?

As a Queen, I plan to continue promoting my advocacy for the elderly by participating in community outreach programs, visiting senior care centers, supporting activities that improve their quality of life, and raising awareness about the importance of respecting and caring for our senior citizens. I also hope to mentor aspiring beauty queens and encourage women to use their platforms to serve their communities with purpose and compassion. Every event and opportunity will be a chance to uplift others. My goal is to represent the Philippines with pride, grace, and integrity on the international stage.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Finally, what kind of legacy do you hope to leave behind?

I hope to leave a legacy of compassion, kindness, and service. I want to be remembered as a woman who used her crown to make a difference in the lives of others, especially our senior citizens. If I can inspire even one woman to believe in herself and pursue her dreams with confidence, I will consider my journey a success. I hope to show that a queen's greatest crown is her character. My legacy will be one of faith, purpose, and empowering others to become the best version of themselves. That is the impact I aspire to leave for future generations.
