World Class Beauty Queens: Please tell us about yourself. My name is Le Ha Phuong, I'm 32 years old. I am an university lecturer, besides I am a bilingual host, an entrepreneur. Being a modern, elegant woman, with aspirations to live positively, I would like to spread and to dedicate all my best values to the community. I have a happy family with my husband and twins girl, they are source of my life.
World Class Beauty Queens: What does women Empowerment means to you? In my opinion, women deserve respect and love. Women have the right to make decisions in all areas of social life - family, community, in business, in politics, and society in general - for positive and sustainable development.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your pageant history.
I am a candidate representing Vietnam to participate in the Mrs Gobal Universe 2020 contest held in Singapore. Before that I was Mrs Photo and Mrs Charity of the Mrs Vietnam contest 2018-2019.
World Class Beauty Queens: What inspired you to do your first pageant? I really want to inspire and motivate women: each of you, become the best version of yourself, confident, proactive and compassionate.
World Class Beauty Queens: Why did you choose to compete for your current title? I have a desire to exchange, integrate, explore my limits, and spread the image of Vietnamese women to ladies around the world.
World Class Beauty Queens: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about? This is a contest to honor all-round ladies around the globe; the beautiful, dynamic, talented, and successful women who contribute to their families, society, and community; become the ideal role model for women.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are you being judged on during the competition? It is said that the representative of Vietnam is considered a beautiful, confident, proactive, talented and friendly contestant who spreads a lot of positive energy to those around him.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your experience during the competition. When it comes to former experiences, I think the first thing is your health preparation, because you will have to participate in a lot of activities, and the final winner is usually the most powerful, most energetic contestant. .Besides, confidence, and openness are also the keys to all success. Believe in yourself and in the encouragement of those who love you.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for. Education, training, personal development and personal branding are what I really want to devote myself to. I hope I can help other women and the younger have more positive energies and be the best version of themselves.
World Class Beauty Queens: What appearances have you done with your title? In recent time, I have opened many training courses on presentation skills, communication and free programming for thousands of women at home and abroad as a trainer, senior trainer and runner of the competition. I also participate in many charitable organizations and programs to help poor children.

World Class Beauty Queens: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls? I think it's the confidence and positive energy I always show. And my bright, radiant smile always appears on my lips.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner.
It was truly an unforgettable moment in my life. I have surpassed many beautiful, talented and compassionate girls around the globe to be in that proud position. I am filled with gratitude. World Class Beauty Queens: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen? A woman of substance has to possess every thing in place in the most perfect way; her title has to speak for its self, because people expect to see a sparkle in the person they say is the ‘beauty queen”
World Class Beauty Queens: How did competing in pageants helped your life? I competed some pageants and what I learned helped shape me into who I am today. Many young women ask me how I started speaking and what helped me build my platform. This pageant greatly enhanced the opportunities that came my way over the past many years ago. - Pursuing a mission you believe in. Life is about discovering why you are here and how you can have a positive impact in the world. Competing in a pageant will help you learn ways to share what you are passionate about and change lives in the process. - Gaining self confidence. Weather it be learning how to walk in high heels, speak in front of a crowd or think on your feet, pageants help you stretch, grow and learn more about yourself and what you’re truly capable of. - Lifelong friends and relationships. I still keep in touch with some amazing people from the pageant years. They have helped me in networking, coaching and just being sweet friends through life’s journey. - Healthy lifestyle. Competing in pageants will help you eat healthy, work out and get your sleep! All benefits that will help you live a longer, more enjoyable life. - Refining your skill. No matter how much or little experience you have in competing in pageants, you will gain valuable insight and knowledge about yourself and your mission by trying out as a contestant.
World Class Beauty Queens: How did pageants helped your selfesteem and body image? To be honest, the contest has helped me affirm and spread my personal brand to the community in the most positive way.
World Class Beauty Queens: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel? That is really wonderful. When you become the model of positive energies, the ideal type of so many other women, you will feel your responsibility great and proud. You will never stop striving for self-satisfaction, but on the contrary, you must always strive to enrich your own brand.
World Class Beauty Queens: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over?
Honestly, I don't have any precise strategy. What I did is trying my best to show off my personal style different from all the other contestants with a bright smile, being a girl full of positive energy, graceful and knowledgeable.
World Class Beauty Queens: How did you prepare for your competition? At that stage, I did not have much time to prepare for this competition, everything pretty rush, and hurry. I am fortunate to receive a lot of supports from the designers, the sponsors, the media sponsors, and the media team, so my journey is quite smooth. And honestly, when entering the contest, I made a 200% determination.
World Class Beauty Queens: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it? For me, that's not a mistake. I just wish I was much calmer in the behavioral answer, maybe I could give the more perfect answer at that time.
World Class Beauty Queens: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest? The common mistakes may be found in their wrong outfit selection, communication skills or the psychological skill of being too nervous on stage.
World Class Beauty Queens: Any modeling or acting experience? Depending on the test section and the nature of the outfit, you should show the right requirements, not apply a pattern for all sections. You should watch past exam seasons to get some experiences from the former and practice a lot by yourself
World Class Beauty Queens: What are your plans for 2020 as a Queen? I will continue to expand the social and educational projects that I am pursuing, spreading the best values to women at home and abroad. At the same time, I also want to inspire and motivate women to become positive and significant in their life.
World Class Beauty Queens: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind? It is an excellent question, thank you very much for asking it. The legacy that I want it to remain at the level of the contest, professional and personal, is that every woman knows that she can fulfill her dreams, regardless of your conditions, if you became a mother, I tell you this, you can resume your dreams and fulfill them. Besides that, that you can support more women, wearing different emblems in order to have a support network among us women.
