I am passionate. I love life and I live life the fullest...
World Class Beauty Queens: What does women Empowerment means to you?
It means it has no limitation. A woman can do anything she wants . She has the strength and power to conquer anything she wants.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your pageant history.
I do not have a long history in pageantry.
World Class Beauty Queens: What inspired you to do your first pageant?
My oldest sister was Miss Philippines, and that inspired me in beauty pageants.
World Class Beauty Queens: Why did you choose to compete for your current title?
I chose to compete for Mrs. Asia USA California because I believed in their women empowerment campaign.
World Class Beauty Queens: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about?
It is about women empowerment and awareness in diversity.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are you being judged on during the competition?
Beauty, poise and character.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your experience during the competition.
It was an amazing experience. Prior to the Coronation Night, we participated and modelled in Fashion Shows, We signed autographs to the Military Veterans and had countless photo shoots.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for.
To help and get involved with the U.S. Military Veterans, My Father was a former Brigadier General in The Philippine Air Force so the military is close to my heart.
World Class Beauty Queens: What appearances have you done with your title?
I did a TV commercial to promote the Cancer Hope Village in Thailand. I was also one the Beauty Queens to grace the Miss Chiang Rai in Thailand. I was one of the Board of Judges for Continental Miss Philippines. I graced several Induction parties and Charity Event Galas.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are some of your achievements?
I was an author of a beauty and fitness book, Total Beauty and Life. I won Best Actress by Virgo Awards for my role in There was a Soldier. I modelled for a mannequin manufacturer and several TV commercials. I modelled for Life size Barbie doll outfits during the Barbie Conventions. I was dubbed the Living Barbie Doll. I have a collection of 2,000 dolls.
World Class Beauty Queens: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls?
My unique beauty and my beauty within. I am a confident woman.My heritage is a mixture of Filipino, Spanish ,Chinese and Italian.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner.
I was filled with joy! It was one of my happiest moments in life!
World Class Beauty Queens: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen?
To be a Beauty Queen means I am an inspiration to younger generation. It means I have to set a high standards on my title and lifestyle. I have to be the Best of myself!
World Class Beauty Queens: How did competing in pageants helped your life?
It helped me to be more positive, engaging and grateful to everything!
World Class Beauty Queens: How did pageants helped your selfesteem and body image?
It helped me to look at myself that I can be the best of myself and show great example to younger generation that they can be what they want to be with determination and confidence.
World Class Beauty Queens: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel?
It feels very good. I am happy that I can be an inspiration and help many aspiring girls.
World Class Beauty Queens: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over?
My strategy is to look them in the eye and know that I am confident and I am beautiful outside and most importantly my beauty comes from within. To let them know that I have so much more to offer than just my beauty because my heart is beautiful. My name Corazon means heart in Spanish and heart means Love. Everyone needs Love.I believe in Love.
World Class Beauty Queens: How did you prepare for your competition? I prepared for the competition for months, from my wardrobe, make up, hair and my walking. It takes a lot of discipline to prepare but it is worth it. When you are prepared, everything runs smoothly and gives you more confidence because you know you got it. World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk?
Look in the mirror when you walk so you can observe what looks good. Videotaping your walk is also a great tool to analyze on what looks the best! Practice, practice, practice makes it perfect! World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for choosing right pageant dress? Try on as many gowns as you can, Look in the mirror and takes photos to determine what style and color looks best on you. World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for winning interview? Answer the specific question with confidence and accuracy. Make it personal . Give examples if needed. World Class Beauty Queens: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it? I did not make any mistake. World Class Beauty Queens: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest? I think some of the common mistakes made by girls are over thinking and over analyzing everything. Most of the time, they are unsure of what actions is best for them. World Class Beauty Queens: Any modeling or acting experience? Yes, I have been modelling since I was 13 years old. I have been an actress since I was 22 years old. World Class Beauty Queens: What are your plans for 2019 as a Queen?
To have more appearances and attend more Charity events. To get involved more with philanthropic work and other US Military Veterans events. World Class Beauty Queens: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind? I want to leave a legacy that you could be a Beauty Queen at any age; be single, married or divorced!
