World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Can you share a bit about who you are? Like what are your passions outside of the pageant world?

Hi, I’m Rosemary! I was born and raised in Great Britain, in the beautiful capital city of London. I am an international Grand Champion Beauty Queen, the reigning Ms Elite Universe Global 2025.

I am a pageant titleholder, model, digital creator, singer, humanitarian, and award-winning co-author of the number-one bestselling Women Anthology II. I am a former Lady Debutante of etiquette, a Pageant Got Talent Overall Vocal Winner, a Global Kidney Foundation Ambassador, an International Women’s Month awardee at the Houses of Parliament, and a recipient of a Government Coat of Arms Award for humanitarian work protecting marine life and combating plastic pollution worldwide.

Academically, I graduated with a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience and have studied at the University of London, Harvard University, and the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education. I was selected from hundreds of students to be featured on the University of Cambridge website. Alongside my degree, I achieved distinctions in six diplomas, including Dental Nursing, Business, and Jewellery Making. I have also completed NLP Masterclass training as a life coaching practitioner.

Artistically, I am a quadruple Gold Champion ballerina, a Vogue-featured and billboard model, and a published poet. I won Beauty Queen of the Year. I also enjoy composing music, singing, ballet dancing, modelling, writing songs and poetry, and occasionally playing the violin.

My pageantry journey began at the age of fifteen and has continued internationally. I was a top 18 finalist for Miss Universe Great Britain and have held numerous national and global titles, including Miss Earth Air, Miss Worldwide International, Miss Great Britain Elite, Miss Great Britain Central London – Sponsor’s Choice, and Pure International Miss United Kingdom. To date, I have earned over 20 pageant titles worldwide.

In service and leadership, I am a former charity chairperson for the Ladies of All Nations Organisation, where I helped transform women survivors into confident leaders. I continue mentoring women voluntarily through finishing-school etiquette pageantry coaching and leadership development.

Family is central to my life. I am especially proud of my grandmother, who served as a messenger at fourteen during World War II, inspiring my legacy of service. What sets me apart is my congenial nature and my ability to connect authentically with my audience, spreading positivity and joy.

Among my most distinguished achievements is being awarded a Government Coat of Arms in Indonesia for charity work helping to ban plastic packaging harmful to marine ecosystems. Across my career, I have earned over 100 awards spanning charity service, education, and pageantry.

Looking ahead, my passions outside pageantry are to release the music I have been creating for many years, with the hope of inspiring and uplifting others. I also love upcycling and restoring antique vintage items.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: I’m curious about your education journey. What’s it been like for you, any particular highlights or challenges?

My education journey has been both grounding and transformative. It taught me discipline, resilience, and perspective. I faced moments of imposter syndrome, but those challenges refined my work ethic.

I remember being taken out of class for extracurricular sessions and thinking something was wrong with me. It turned out I was part of the gifted programme. The moral is that perception is everything, and sometimes when we doubt ourselves it’s because we aren’t fully aware of our worth. I hope to remind people that they are good enough.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Women’s empowerment is such a key topic. What does it mean to you personally?

Women’s empowerment means choice, confidence, and community. It’s about equipping women with the tools to define success on their own terms while celebrating individuality and shared strength. A woman’s femininity is her greatest asset in a tough world.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did you get into pageants? What sparked your interest initially?

I grew up admiring Miss Universe on TV in the 90s but never believed it was attainable for someone like me. After recovering from anorexia at 15, I was looking to start my life again and searched for purpose. A woman within the pageant world encouraged me to audition, whom I met at a fashion show. I won my first pageant, which transformed my self-belief and gave me my calling. Now I’m here to raise the frequency and deliver on stage.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What do you do to be a good role model?

I lead with empathy, integrity, and service. I mentor women survivors, promote sisterhood, and lead by example. A true Queen uplifts others and remains loyal to her values.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What do you look for in a Queen?

A selfless humanitarian who is kind, intelligent, and a natural leader, someone who represents confidence, inner beauty, and sisterhood.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Differences between national and international pageants

National pageants select representatives within one country. International pageants bring together national titleholders to compete globally, focusing on worldwide charity missions and advocacy. I would like to thank my International Director, Julie, for believing in me as a Queen, She is amazing!

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Top pageant tips

Stay authentic, develop your own style, smile always, be prepared, practise sportsmanship, and remember that a Queen stands beside others, never above them.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How do you cope with criticism?

Criticism is inevitable. I protect my energy, surround myself with positivity, and focus on service and growth. What others say is often a reflection of their own insecurities.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Interview question you’d like to see asked

“How do you make those who feel excluded feel included through congeniality? Describe a scenario.”

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Best and worst parts of pageantry

Best: Empowerment, leadership, and global impact.

Worst: Outdated restrictions on age, marital status, or motherhood. we are in the era where inclusitivity matters.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What has pageantry taught you?

Perseverance, gratitude, and the power of goal-oriented purpose.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Why did you choose to compete for your current title? What made it stand out for you?

I chose to compete for Ms Elite Universe because it aligned deeply with my sustainability values, vision, and purpose. What truly set this title apart was its strong commitment to sustainability, global advocacy, and empowering women to lead with integrity both on and off the stage. I didn’t just see a crown; I saw a platform with meaning, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible difference on a global scale.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: I’d love to know more about your pageant system. Could you explain what it’s all about?

Ms Elite Universe is a British Filipino pageant system rooted in sustainability, advocacy, and authenticity. It celebrates women who are multidimensional, intellectual, compassionate, elegant, and purpose-driven. The system encourages women to embrace their individuality while using their voices to support global causes, particularly environmental initiatives such as tree planting and sustainable living. They also pride themselves on perfecting the Parasella walk, one of the best and hardest choreography styles in pageantry.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What do you think sets your pageant director apart from others?

What sets my pageant director apart is the ambition, leadership, and genuine care for the titleholders. They invest in the growth of each Queen, not just during competition week but throughout the entire reign. Their commitment to ethics, transparency, and global impact creates a supportive environment where women are empowered to succeed authentically. I want to thank Julie Knowles for welcoming me into her pageant family.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: During competitions, what are the key things you’re judged on?

Beyond physical presentation, contestants are judged on communication, confidence, character, stage presence, advocacy, and clarity of purpose. It’s about how well you represent the values of the pageant system and how effectively you can carry the responsibilities of the title.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What’s your competition experience been like? Any memorable moments or learnings?

My competition experience has been both humbling and empowering. One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is how to remain composed under pressure and trust my preparation. Every competition reinforced the importance of resilience, grace, and staying true to myself.

My most memorable moment was making the Titanic national costume representing Ireland, a respectful tribute to Irish steel workers and its industry. This had never been done before in pageant history. People doubted me, but I trusted my vision, and it ended up winning the Eco Sustainability Award.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell me about your advocacy or volunteer work. What causes are you passionate about?

I am deeply passionate about sustainability, women’s empowerment, and humanitarian work. My advocacy includes environmental initiatives combating plastic pollution, tree planting, and supporting women survivors through leadership development, education, and confidence-building. Giving back has always been at the heart of my reign. I also like to visit the renal ward supporting the Global Kidney Foundation.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: With your title, what kinds of appearances or activities have you been involved in?

As Ms Elite Universe Global, I have participated in the Global Kidney Foundation Gala, charity initiatives, speaking engagements at an independent film festival, and represented the title at public appearances that promote meaningful causes.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Can you share some of your achievements, both in and outside of pageantry?

Within pageantry, earning international recognition for leadership, advocacy, and congeniality has been incredibly fulfilling. Outside of pageantry, my proudest achievements include charity awards, sustainability recognition, and academic accomplishments. Personal growth and service mean just as much to me as titles.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: In such a competitive field, what do you think makes you stand out?

I believe my authenticity, empathy, and purpose-driven approach set me apart. I’m not afraid to colour outside the lines, if I’m going to do something, it’s going to be Rosemary style. I don’t compete by comparison; I focus on connection towards my audience demographic. I lead with warmth, self-awareness, and a genuine desire to uplift others. I always go according to the beat of my own drum.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: I can only imagine how it feels to win. What was going through your mind when your name was announced as the winner?

An overwhelming sense of gratitude, humility, and responsibility. I felt honoured, but also deeply aware that the crown symbolised the beginning of meaningful work, not the end of a journey. I thank all the judges, team, family, and friends who have supported me.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does being a Beauty Queen mean to you?

Being a Beauty Queen means being a role model rooted in service, integrity, and compassion. The crown represents responsibility, leadership, and the privilege of using one’s voice to inspire positive change.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How have pageants impacted your life?

Pageantry has refined my confidence, expanded my worldview, and introduced me to a global sisterhood. It has shaped me into a stronger leader and allowed me to turn challenges into purpose.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How have pageants influenced your self-esteem and body image?

Pageants taught me that beauty is about presence, confidence, and authenticity, not perfection. I’ve learned to celebrate my individuality and honour my body for its strength and resilience.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: You’re an inspiration to many. How does that feel, and what message do you want to share with others?

It’s incredibly humbling. My message is simple: you are enough, exactly as you are. Growth begins when you step forward with courage, even before you feel ready.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What’s your strategy for captivating the judges on stage?

Authentic connection. I focus on being present, confident, and intentional in every movement. Judges respond to sincerity, energy, and a heart-led performance.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Got any tips for nailing the perfect pageant walk?

Practise consistently, maintain strong posture, engage your core, and let your walk reflect confidence rather than stiffness. Always train in your competition heels and smile your energy speaks before you do.

No matter how many titles or crowns you’ve won, you never stop learning or training. Even the best of the best still have coaches to this day. The industry is always changing, and you have to adjust to keep up with the calling.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Choosing the right pageant dress can be crucial. What are your tips for making the best choice?

Choose a dress that complements your personality, body type, and age rather than trends. Confidence is the most important accessory if you feel empowered in it, it will show.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Interview rounds can be tricky. What are your strategies for a winning interview?

Be prepared but not rehearsed. Speak with authenticity, listen carefully, maintain eye contact, and always lead with gratitude and respect. Judges want to meet the real you. Smile! Professionalism always. even in rehearsals, social media, and interactions, that’s what makes you memorable.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Looking back, is there a moment in a competition you wish you could redo?

Rather than redo moments, I reflect on them. Every experience, perfect or imperfect, contributed to my growth and prepared me for this reign. Because I did my best with the knowledge I had, and that’s more than enough.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your plans or goals for the upcoming year as a Queen?

My goals include expanding my sustainability advocacy, voluntarily mentoring more women, strengthening partnerships with charities, and continuing to use my platform to create lasting, positive impact. I aim to leave a legacy defined by service, leadership, and compassion.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Finally, what kind of legacy do you hope to leave behind?

A legacy of sustainability, empowered women, reduced plastic pollution, bringing sustainability where it’s possible, and global advocacy through action, research, and compassion. I have a fear of not leaving something useful or worthy behind for future generations. It’s really important that young people are prioritised for the future of our new world
