Full name: Nilda Languido Brown

Title/Year: World Class Beauty Queens New Zealand Ambassador 2023.

Pageant System: Miss World Class

Previous title: World Madam New Zealand People’s Choice 2021-2022

Zodiac sign: Virgo

Hobbies: Latin Dance, Bachata, Salsa, Dance Social, Training at the gym, listen to my favourite music, catch up with friends and enjoy nature.

Years competed: 23 March 2022.

Countries visited: Europe, eastern bloc, USA, Middle East, Australasia and the USA.

Likes: Obviously, family and Friends are on top of this list. Their positive and caring minds allow me to excel through life. They support me in everything I do, as I have done the same with them throughout their lives. With a positive caring mind, the rewards have been endless already. Aside from my daughters and beautiful son, I am blessed to know amazing people from all walks  of life. They have become friends and mentors, who showed me a path of personal growth and purpose. Their wealth of knowledge, empathy and generosity they showed to others, taught me how to be proactive, how to be honest and authentic, and how to convert this in helping others.

Dislikes: Unfortunately, part of my life was filled with lesser good experiences. This included alcoholism, confrontations, anger and violence. Although it had all the hallmarks of being dragged down, I chose a path of growth and sharing from my experiences. If we choose to learn from bad influences and use them to help those in need, any dislike we may have can become our greatest opportunity to make the world better place.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Please tell us what made you decide to join Royal House of World Class as New Zealand Ambassador?

Joining as world Class Ambassador of New Zealand 2023 is a profound privilege. It is a great

opportunity for me to express myself, give a platform to my charities, share my vision, and perhaps in the near future, an opportunity would present itself, which might be in the form of a talk-show where I can help others in need on a much greater scale. If you ask me to become Oprah Winfrey, the answer is definitely Oprah is one of my greatest legends. I am not even close to her level but, if I can reach out to women in my own right and in my little way, it would change many lives and a life well lived.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What do you hope to accomplish in 2023 as New Zealand Ambassador?

I aim to achieve my vision through inspiring women around the world. To stand up for themselves, take control over their own personal circumstances, embrace life and the endless possibilities it offers, so that they too can be the role to model to their own children, their friends, and people around them.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What would like to take away after your rein ends at the end of December of 2023?

Being featured in world Class Magazine, which is a profound feeling of pride and satisfaction of personal achievement. It made me realize that I became the full possibility of being just It reminds me of who I was before joining the pageant and winning the Title. It changed my life in ways I could not have imagined. I met amazing people, created new and exciting friendships, it expanded my horizons and gave me an opportunity to compete on the world stage, which is happening this June in Palm Springs California. I am sure it is going to be a life changing event as well and a great learning in life-lessons.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What goals would you like World Class to help you

accomplish during your reign in 2023?

Aside from personal growth, empowering others and fundraising for my charities (women refuge and the “Starship” hospital) are on the top of my list. “Starship Hospital” is a children's hospital in Auckland, New Zealand. To help these young beautiful minds getting better, and experiencing the smiles on their faces is a profound experience. The rewards are absolute gravitational to our souls and makes us better human beings as a whole. There is so much to learn from the bravery of these children. Recently have been invited to compete in the USA for the Mrs Globe Classique 2023. I will be representing New Zealand as Mrs Globe Classique NZ 2023. This is a huge compliment and advancement in my personal growth and towards world-wide recognition. It will further advance my relentless push for equality to women and the charities I represent.

Winning The Title of World Madam New Zealand 2021-2022 people’s choice

Being a successful mum with 3 kids.

Being a personal trainer and seeing women getting in to shape after much sweat and tears.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: When you compete what is your on stage strategy to win the judges over?

I do not wish to be on stage any other person, but myself. Being transparent, authentic, unique in all that I am should be good enough. I worked very hard to be where I am today. I am proud of who I am and what I stand for. I don't need, and don't want to change for anyone. Any pageant competition is about who you are, not of what others want you to be.

I am certainly not perfect and I will be the first to admit so. But having trained so hard in all

aspects of being should shine on the night and convince anyone that, being true to yourself is

what it is all about.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How do you prepare for your competition?

Focus and dedication.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk?

Practice, practice and spending a lot of time on training to focus.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for choosing the right pageant dress?

Choose a dress that resonate your persona. When you have the design worked out, make sure it fits well and wears comfortable.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for winning an interview?

By Being just you and speak to your truth. Don't flounder and please, please, please don't repeat what other contestant keep repeating for the last 100 years.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind?

"Legacy" is a word, used to express something larger than life. In general, if we can change only one life in our own lifetime, we already have a life well-lived. Being on this stage & working hard on our personal mission, we have the possibility to change many lives. With this in mind, I wish to stay humble, don't expect much but work relentless on achieving just that minor change that helps us all getting in slightly better position, after my passing....... in about 200 years.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine would like to say thank you for this wonderful interview.
