World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system, please tell us what it is about.

At SS Belleza Internacional, we believe every woman’s journey is unique and powerful. Our pageant system is built on the belief that beauty comes from within. More than just a competition, it’s a platform for personal growth, empowerment, and leadership. We focus on nurturing qualities like confidence, compassion, and community service—everything that makes a woman truly beautiful. We’re here to help women from all walks of life, regardless of their background or appearance, embrace their inner strength and make a meaningful impact in the world.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us what inspired you to start or join your system.

I’ve always been passionate about empowering women, and I’ve seen so many women struggle to find their voice and confidence. Watching those around me, I realized that many beauty pageants were focused primarily on external beauty. I wanted to change that narrative. I envisioned a pageant system that celebrates women for their heart, mind, and spirit—not just their appearance. I wanted to create a platform that could transform lives, and in 2018, SS Belleza Internacional was born to bring this vision to life.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Please tell us the founding story of the system.

The spark for SS Belleza Internacional ignited when I met a young woman who had been told she wasn’t beautiful because she didn’t fit society’s standards. It was heartbreaking to hear, but it was also a defining moment for me. I realized pageantry had to evolve—beauty needed to be redefined. So, in 2018, I founded SS Belleza Internacional with the vision of building a system where personal growth, leadership, and community service were at the core, and every woman could feel valued and empowered. This pageant wasn’t just about crowns and sashes—it was about transforming lives and fostering a sisterhood.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What was the vision and the goal in the beginning while creating your pageant?

From the start, our vision was clear: to build a system where women could feel empowered, supported, and celebrated for who they truly are. Our goal was to create a platform that wasn’t just about beauty, but also about leadership, community impact, and personal growth. We wanted to foster a space where women could form meaningful bonds and use their platform for greater good. Our mission was—and still is—to give every woman the tools to succeed, both on and off the stage.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Please tell us about yourself.

I’m a proud Mexican woman who’s always had a deep passion for helping others. Beyond pageantry, I’m an adventure-seeker—whether it’s exploring new cultures, trying exotic foods, or dancing to Latin beats with my family. I’m a strong believer in the power of community, and in my free time, I work to support charitable causes. I’m a mom, a friend, and a mentor who is always looking for new ways to inspire and empower those around me. At the heart of everything I do, I believe in giving back and helping others reach their fullest potential.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Please tell us about your education.

Education has always been important to me and I truly believe that education is a key to empowerment. It gives you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make meaningful changes in the world. This has been a huge asset in running SS Belleza Internacional—my educational background has helped me build a strong foundation for the pageant system, ensuring we’re constantly evolving and empowering women across the globe.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does women’s empowerment mean to you?

To me, women’s empowerment means giving women the opportunity to rise above challenges and achieve their fullest potential. It’s about creating an environment where every woman has the confidence and tools to chase her dreams and break through barriers. Empowerment is not just about strength; it’s about self-worth, the ability to lead, and inspiring others to do the same. I believe every woman deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated for who she truly is.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What inspired you to do your first pageant?

What initially inspired me was the idea of stepping outside my comfort zone and challenging myself. I’ve always believed in growth through new experiences, and pageantry provided an amazing opportunity to build my confidence, discover new skills, and grow as a person. It wasn’t just about the competition for me—it was about the journey and the lessons I’d learn along the way.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Over the years, what country, state, or city has the competition taken place in and why?

We’ve been fortunate to host SS Belleza Internacional in both Mexico and the USA. Mexico was a natural choice—it’s where my roots are, and there’s a rich cultural appreciation for pageantry here. The USA was chosen for its diverse population and the way it embraces global perspectives, which aligns perfectly with our vision of creating an inclusive, empowering environment for women worldwide.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us what was special about each year’s competition.

Each year, SS Belleza Internacional has been a celebration of empowerment, growth, and sisterhood. From stunning locations chiapas, veracruz, jalisco, Baja California, Aguascalientes México and California USA,  to inspiring contestants who push boundaries, every year is unforgettable. Our sponsors have been incredible, contributing not only to the event but also to the positive impact we’re making in communities. The energy, the passion, and the bonds formed among contestants—there’s simply nothing like it. We don’t just crown winners—we create leaders who go on to change the world.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What cultural significance has your pageant?

Our pageant celebrates diversity, and we embrace women from all backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultures. It’s important that every contestant feels proud of who they are and where they come from. At SS Belleza Internacional, cultural appreciation is at the core of our system—we want our contestants to connect with their roots while uniting as a global sisterhood. It’s about honoring differences while promoting the shared values of empowerment, leadership, and unity.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How long does the competition last?

The competition usually lasts several days, packed with exciting activities including workshops, rehearsals, community service projects, and bonding experiences. It’s an opportunity for contestants to grow both personally and professionally before the final event.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Are contestants taken on any sightseeing tours during the competition?

Absolutely! Pageantry isn’t just about competition—it’s about the experience. We ensure that contestants have the chance to explore new cities and cultures through sightseeing tours. It’s a chance to bond with one another, make memories, and immerse themselves in the beauty of the locations we visit.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are the competitors being judged on during the competition?

We judge contestants on their confidence, communication skills, leadership abilities, and community involvement. We also evaluate their poise, presence, and ability to shine in every situation, both on stage and off. This pageant is about more than just beauty—it’s about showcasing women who are ready to lead and make an impact.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How do you select your judges, and who are they?

We carefully select judges who align with our core values of empowerment and leadership. Our panel includes individuals from a variety of industries—business, entertainment, and philanthropy—ensuring we have a diverse perspective on what makes a true leader.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What kind of experience can contestants expect during the competition?

Contestants can expect an incredible journey. Beyond the competition itself, they’ll have access to mentorship, workshops, and community outreach programs that will help them grow both personally and professionally. This is an experience designed to transform every woman, empowering her to step into her power as a leader and change-maker.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Do contestants have to support and volunteer for any cause or charity either before the competition or during their reign?

Yes, all contestants are encouraged to be actively involved in charitable work, particularly causes that support young girls and women. Giving back is not just a part of the competition—it’s a central part of who we are as a pageant system. Our contestants are leaders who make a positive difference in their communities, and we are proud to support that.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Does the system have sponsors?

Yes, we are incredibly grateful to our sponsors, whose support helps make SS Belleza Internacional possible. Their contributions allow us to provide life-changing opportunities to our contestants and extend our impact across the globe. Some of our many prizes for the winners includes vacations , evening gowns, spa services, classes for our beauty queen to keep preparing themselves, modeling courses, etc.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Please tell us a little bit about each winner from over the years and what they accomplished throughout their reign.

Our winners have gone on to accomplish amazing things. For instance Fraya Guzman, our 2022 winner, launched a scholarship program for underprivileged girls, and Aracely Rentería, our 2023 Queen, became a motivational speaker, inspiring thousands of women to embrace their self-worth, Our Queens don’t just wear crowns—they create lasting legacies in their communities, and not just the ones winning first places but more important all women that participate in our platform understand we all are winners just for the work we are doing.

We are planning to expand to even more countries, introduce initiatives focusing on education and empowerment, and continue creating opportunities for women to lead and inspire. Our goal is to connect women from all over the world and continue building a global sisterhood that changes lives.
