I am an RBT ( Registered Behavior Technician), I work with children with autism and I love my job. I have a twin sister. I love amusement parks.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does women Empowerment mean to you? A woman that is intelligent, powerful, and works hard to achieve all her dreams is an empowered woman.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your pageant history. I recently held the title of Miss Teen Summer 2019 and now I am Señorita Cuba 2022.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What inspired you to do your first pageant? I always wanted to make a difference in my community and I knew that pageants would help me achieve that goal.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Why did you choose to compete for your current title? I am super proud to be Cuban and I want to be able to represent my beautiful country. I also want to educate people and bring awareness to the current situation that is going on in Cuba.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about?
We want to show the world everything that the Cuban woman can offer to the world of pageants.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are you being judged on during the competition? We were judged on our interview, opening number, swimwear, national traditional Cuban costume, evening gown dress, and on stage question.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your experience during the competition. I loved competing. I made a great connection with my sister queens, I loved being able to joke around, dance, and even help each other to get ready.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your platform or what cause you volunteer for. I am really passionate about autism awareness. After working with these kids everyday I grew to love teaching and helping them. But I also saw that there are a lot of people that don't know anything about this diagnosis or how it works. I am hoping I can change that.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What appearances have you done with your title? I have been interviewed by ArkyHawkTV, I have participated in a beach clean up, Key Biscayne fourth of July parade, and modeled at Miami Swim Week.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are some of your achievements? I got my RBT license at 19 years old. During high school I earned a lot of awards and medals in a program called JROTC.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over? Make good eye contact and always smile.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls? I have a really loud but welcoming and caring personality and this makes me stand out among the rest.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner. When I heard my name I was in shock but super happy. I remember looking at my family to see their reaction, they looked super proud of me and were cheering super loud.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen? For me to be a beauty queen it means having an opportunity to have people listen to you. I am planning to use this title to educate people on autism.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did competing in pageants help your life? I have made a lot of new friends, it also has helped my self confidence and my public speaking.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did pageants help your self esteem and body image? It helped me a lot. I am way more confident and comfortable in my own skin.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel? It feels great to know that other little girls are looking up to me and it makes me work harder to be a better person everyday.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk? Practice makes perfect and always be confident in yourself .
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for choosing the right pageant dress? Pick colors and styles that you love and that you are confident in.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for winning an interview? Smile, breath, and just tell them how you are feeling.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did you prepare for your competition? I practiced a lot of my questions and public speaking, I worked out, and started eating healthy.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it? During the swimsuit portion I mess up a part of my routine and I wish I could go back and redo but I can't.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest? The most common mistakes are made during the on stage question.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Any modeling or acting experience? Yes, I have been modeling and acting since I was 15 years old.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your plans for 2022 as a Queen? I am planning on having fun with my sister queens and using this to help my platform.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind? I want everyone to know to follow their dreams and not to let anyone tell them they can do something.
