World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about yourself.

I am on a journey to realign and elevate my life. My path includes working at the post office, becoming a chef, investing in real estate, studying psychology, and coaching women in wellness and weight loss. Although these may seem unrelated, to me they were like train transfers that eventually brought me to my destination. Each chapter has shaped who I am today.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What has your educational journey been like?

I studied childcare and welfare in junior college. Then came years of fertility treatment, a leave of absence due to illness, and culinary school. Nothing was linear, but each step became my textbook. Learning about the mind and body while navigating uncertainty became my true self-education. The deeper the valley, the gentler and stronger a person can become. All these lessons now support me.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does women’s empowerment mean to you?

For me, women’s empowerment means living as your truest self without being held back by age or the past. Life has highs and lows, but the lessons found in the valleys later become our strength. I hope to gently encourage women to be proud of their own stories. If every experience is a clue to what comes next, then the future is always leading us to a new kind of “lucky.” Women who embrace this truth can create a better world.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did you enter the pageant world?

I wanted to know whether an ordinary woman could share a meaningful message with the world. When I worked in my postal uniform, I never imagined myself standing on an international stage. But after gaining 30 kilograms and later losing 25, I felt a powerful desire to begin my life again. That feeling naturally drew me toward pageantry.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What was the decisive moment in your first competition?

It began as a challenge to prove my own potential, but midway it became a mission to uplift others. The decisive moment was when I realized I could smile through unexpected challenges. Receiving the crown was unforgettable, but that realization was an even greater treasure.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Why did you choose your current title?

Elegance, diversity, and empowerment—its philosophy aligned perfectly with my values. I was drawn to a platform that valued who I am today, not the number of my age. I felt that this stage would allow my story to contribute meaningfully to society.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How does your pageant system work?

It evaluates not only appearance but also one’s life journey, social contribution, and message. It is a stage that honors the depth of mature women whose experiences carry meaning. During the interview, they truly received and understood my life story.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What do you find special about your director?

They treat me not as a contestant but as a woman capable of influencing society. They encourage me to use both my strengths and vulnerabilities as they are. They are like a mentor in my life.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What do you believe judges value most?

Although not officially stated, I felt they valued the “beauty of one’s inner state.” A calm heart, a clear sense of purpose, and a meaningful message naturally appear on stage.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How was your pageant experience?

It was like a roller coaster—joys, challenges, discoveries, and surprises. Every moment became a treasure. The bonds I formed with women from around the world continue to empower me.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Would you recommend pageantry to others?

Yes. I recommend it to any woman who wants to transform her life experience into strength. It is a place where anyone, at any age, can grow and challenge themselves. There is nothing else quite like it.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your activities and volunteer work.

My work focuses on helping women strengthen their mind, body, and financial well-being. I also support children through small-scale initiatives. I value transforming my personal experiences into kindness for others.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What have you done through your title?

I am still at the beginning, but I support women as a coach and share the message of “age free working styles” through a two-base lifestyle with my husband’s family. I believe that small steps create powerful change.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your major achievements?

Transitioning from postal worker to chef, losing 25 kilograms, publishing two books next year, investing in real estate, coaching women, and receiving an international title. All were built through small daily steps. What matters most is being a kinder version of myself than yesterday.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Why do you think you stand out?

Because my journey began not from privilege but from an ordinary life. My “ordinary housewife to Queen Mother” story feels like a modern Cinderella story to many women. If my authentic and imperfect story brings hope to others, I am grateful. And perhaps it is because I still believe in magic. When I put on my crown, something beautiful awakens in me.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What was the moment of your crowning like?

Pure shock. Time stopped. When I heard my name, I felt my entire past connect to that moment. I knew then that my future held possibilities beyond what I had imagined.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does it mean to be a beauty queen?

It means carrying responsibility for your influence. It means returning your lessons and experiences to society and shining with both strength and kindness. To me, the crown is a microphone to deliver a message.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How has this journey changed your life?

It gave me permission to enjoy life more freely. I now trust my own potential much more deeply. This journey has quietly but profoundly transformed my life.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How has your body image changed?

My body is proof that I carried everything and continued moving forward. What I once saw as flaws are now meaningful parts of my story. Imperfection is beautiful. I can finally say that with confidence.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: People say you are an inspiration. How do you feel about that?

If my life encourages someone, I am honored. My days are not always elegant, but the crown reminds me to stay graceful. Life can be recreated the moment we decide to.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What strategy did you use on stage?

To connect with women from around the world, enjoy every moment, and fully feel my emotions. By prioritizing joy, I found the strength to never give up. The more I understood myself, the richer the experience became.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What did you focus on in preparation?

I wanted both myself and the judges to feel comfortable. A calm and aligned presence reaches others, so I focused on preparing my inner state.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What is the key to a perfect walk?

Learn from good mentors and practice a style that suits your own body. And on stage, don’t cling to perfection. That is when the most beautiful walk appears.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How do you choose your dresses?

They must enhance my strengths and harmonize with the pageant’s concept and colors. These two points guided my choices.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What was your interview strategy?

To speak in my own words. To express the values shaped by my life experiences simply and sincerely, with warmth and a touch of humor.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: If you could redo anything, what would it be?

I love Miyamoto Musashi’s teaching: “Do not regret what you have done.” There is always a lesson in reflection, and I turn those lessons into strength for the future.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What common mistake do people make?

Confusing assertiveness with selfishness. Opinions are important, but without respect they appear self-centered. The balance of strength and humility is essential.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Do you have experience as a model or actress?

Not professionally, but I have been invited to model several times. Each experience offered new discoveries and inspiration.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your goals for the coming year as a Queen?

Through books and speaking engagements, I want to share the message of mind–body alignment widely. I also hope to invite international queens to Japan and build cultural bridges. I plan to join global women’s initiatives and collaborate with queens abroad. As Queen Mother, I want to contribute from Japan to the world.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What legacy do you want to leave?

To prove through my life that it is never too late. To uplift women who dare to challenge themselves and create a chain of hope for the future. Even late bloomers and slow journeys can reach their dreams. That is the courage I want to pass on.
