I am Mayank Srivastava I am pursuing my graduation in humanities as my major and want to be a TV correspondent , I've always saw myself on the big screen from the very moment I was a kid.Â
World Class Kings Magazine: Why did you chose to compete for your title?
I chose to complete because I always saw myself on the international platform representing my believes and my country India.Â
World Class Kings Magazine: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about?
United Nation world pageants is a pageant system that promotes working on ground level and gives an platform that connect largest consciousness give the attribute of confidence and well spoken kings.
World Class Kings Magazine: What are you being judged on during the competition?
We were judged on every single thing we were doing how we were treating people, how we were treating our other contestants, most importantly how we speak and present ourselves.
World Class Kings Magazine: Which part of the competition was most fun for you?
I would say interview the most fun part for me because I always like initiating and conversation in going through interviews I believe it's getting to know the judges with the fun face to face conversation.
World Class Kings Magazine: Which part of the competition was most challenging for you?Â
The swimwear/sportswear was the little challenging for me because I was a bit insecure about my body I was complexion shamed in the past and through this part of the competition I was able to overcome that
World Class Kings Magazine: What inspired you to do your first pageant?
What inspired me was the image of myself stand on the stage where I was not being called by my name but was called by my country's name India.
World Class Kings Magazine: What are some of you achievements?
I have served as an intern in MUN (Models United Nations.) I've participated in several debates and awareness program. I was crowned Mr teen India 2 Runner-up 2019 and Mr teen India world 2021.
World Class Kings Magazine: Tell us about your platform or what charity you volunteer for?
I work to make sure that no one goes through a mental adversity where their mental health is not protected. People should know the importance of mental health and ways how they can help each other to form a better society.
World Class Kings Magazine: What are some of the appearances that you've done?
I've been on the carpet of National pageant India. Organized a planting campaign where we planted 100 trees with the help of children and teenagers. I've volunteer 15+ online sessions about "Mental health and it's significance" as a speaker.
World Class Kings Magazine: Tell us about your evening wear?
My evening where is not a typical tuxedo. My evening where represents diversity it represent I chose to be myself rather than wearing rather than following what i was asked to be following.
World Class Kings Magazine: Tell us about your national costume?
My national costume represented the attire of kings and Prince of ancient India . It also had some unique jewellery pieces.
World Class Kings Magazine: What makes you stand out from all those other guys?
I am well spoken and I have a very commanding presence about myself. And I'm dedicated to my platform. That is All that matters.
World Class Kings Magazine: How did it feel to hear your name as the winner?
It was quite a surprise for me because I know I am not a perfect person. I was lacking many physical attributes that the other guys there had but in the end it does not matter how you look like what does your body look like.Â
World Class Kings Magazine: What does the stole (sash) symbolizes to you?
My sash symbolizes an honor and a responsibility. I've to keep it mind that I am representing the young generation of India.
World Class Kings Magazine: What does it mean to you to be a King?
Being a king is about when you are able to serve you people when you are able to make sure that your people are protected. That's how a king's memory stays in its peoples heart.
World Class Kings Magazine: Any Modeling, Film, acting or music experience you would like to share?
I am looking forward to it. Currently not any plans in the music industry but for acting surely I'll give it a try.
World Class Kings Magazine: What are your plans for 2020 as a King?
My plans for 2020 are to make people realize the pandemic isn't over just because you are over it. we have to still acknowledge the that pandemic has locked us in our homes for quite time and after we are able to get back on our feet we have to make sure that we will be able to make the most out of it of what we have lost in the past few months.
World Class Kings Magazine: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind?
I want people to look at me me and not see me as a figure of perfection, because I would rather choose imperfect diamonds over perfect looking pebbles.Â
