World Class Beauty Queens: Please tell us about yourself.

I am a freelance model, ambassador of underprivileged orphans and abused women. I often support where there is most needy through good Samaritans.

World Class Beauty Queens: Please tell us about your education. I hold advance diploma in public relations.

World Class Beauty Queens: What does women Empowerment means to you?

This means supporting each other as women. In all ways, either emotionally, financially socially and many more.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your pageant history. I started pageantry when I was in my final year at my O level in Kenya I became 3rd runner up. I also did pageant with Premier Elite Australia as a national finalist. Then Models and Pageant, where I am currently holding the queen title Miss Western Australia.

World Class Beauty Queens: What inspired you to do your first pageant? The confidence I had within me that I was the right candidate for that particular pageant.

World Class Beauty Queens: Why did you choose to compete for your current title? I wanted to inspire young women out there that, despite your background you can break the barriers. Secondly I wanted to promote my self-esteem and most importantly to promote diversity.

World Class Beauty Queens: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about? Miss Western Australia is a diverse pageant that promotes diversity, inclusivity and multiculturalism.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are you being judged on during the competition?

Confidence, eye contact with the judges. ability to answer questions and body language. World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your experience during the competition. I had great experience meeting new girls, making new friends learning new skills and creating connections.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for. I advocate for charity mostly for underprivileged families especially orphans, abused women and homeless. I do volunteer to this because coming from Africa where poverty is very high, I have experienced it and witnessed orphans dying of hunger, lack of health services and clean water.

World Class Beauty Queens: What appearances have you done with your title? My Title is one month old and I have been privileged to make appearance at African fashion show in Perth Western Australia. Another appearance at community event of Leyte Samar in Western Australia. Got few appearances lined up in the next coming months.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are some of your achievements

I have so far achieved my dream platform to assist those in need especially underprivileged orphans and abused women.

World Class Beauty Queens: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls? My personality. I guess the only African background among the candidates and my voluntary talent performance doing a monologue on the event night.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner. It was a disbelief moment, mixed emotions. I was literally shaking tears of joy were uncontrollable.

World Class Beauty Queens: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen?

To me it means beginning of greater responsibility towards my community, my country and global. This means I have to be the role model to my community and especially to women and young girls out there looking at me.

World Class Beauty Queens: How did competing in pageants helped your life? It uplifted my spirit and I have gained another life experience.

World Class Beauty Queens: How did pageants helped your self-esteem and body image? Pageantry has boosted my confidence and self esteem. I now know that being a Beauty Queen is not about physical appearance alone it comes in a package of great mind, confidence and believing in yourself.

World Class Beauty Queens: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel? It feels great to inspire all the girls, on the other hand it’s a big responsibility ahead of me to do the right thing and keep inspiring them with wisdom.

World Class Beauty Queens: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over? My strategy was making sure I had strong eye contact with every judge with all my confidence.

World Class Beauty Queens: How did you prepare for your competition? I started by attending few pageantry workshops watched a lot of online pageantry videos from Dan walker, trained walking in-front of the mirror lots.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk? First of all make sure you have the right shoes. A comfortable pageantry shoes. Train a lot by walking with the shoes you are going to compete in.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for choosing right pageant dress? Choose a dress that you feel comfortable in it don't ever go for trending check you body structure before choosing what you saw someone wearing.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for winning interview? Prepare on time, arrive 30 minutes early to settle, maintain eye contact with the judges.

World Class Beauty Queens: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it? Crying a lot after it was announced I’m the winner. It made my photos look awkward.

World Class Beauty Queens: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest?

Over confidence, focusing on family and friends instead of judges while on stage.

World Class Beauty Queens: Any modelling or acting experience?

Yes I am an actress and a model. This year had photo shoots and fashion shows are full on.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your plans for 2021/22 as a Queen?

I already have my long list of to do during this period of my title, I am volunteering in so many charity events, I have plans to travel and share with the needy. Just so much planned.

World Class Beauty Queens: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind?

I will like my community and my country to remember my deeds, having a crown is the beginning of unending service therefore even after my title term I will still serve my community.
