I’m blissfully married with 3 adorable kids. Majoring in dance choreographing, I deem myself as an artistic person, who is good in colours, design and music. I own a boutique specializing in cheong san, all designed by myself. Agree with the quote by Stephen Covey,‘Understand others before you seek understanding’ sum up my forgiving and unsuspecting personality.

More authority to help the less fortunate.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your pageant history.

This is my first time participating in a pageant competition.

World Class Beauty Queens: What inspired you to do your first pageant?

I wanted to show my kids and people who knows me, that anyone can pursue their dream regardless of their age and status.

World Class Beauty Queens: Why did you choose to compete for your current title?

Being an Asian, it is always my dream to bring Asia to other part of the world.

World Class Beauty Queens: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about?

Fair, high class and very competitive.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are you being judged on during the competition?

Beside my looks and physique, character and personality are also being judged.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your experience during the competition.

Beside what was being taught to present ourselves on stage, I get to know a group of ladies from different country with different cultures and languages. We shared and learned from one another throughout the competition. It was an experience that can’t be bought by monies.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for.

Being the chairwoman for Singapore Teacher’s Folk Dance Society. We would perform at old folks home and orphanage, bringing smile on their faces.

World Class Beauty Queens: What appearances have you done with your title?

As an Alumni at Henan university, I was invited to provide a speech as Mrs Asia to 2000 students on the importance to pursue their dream.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are some of your achievements?

With my new title, I had given speeches to 12 schools and 5 orphanages, influencing thousands of young kids on the importance of having a dream.

World Class Beauty Queens: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over?

To execute confidently on what I had learned during the competition.

World Class Beauty Queens: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls?

It might be because of my experience as a dancer and dance choreographer, I am able to handle the pressure on stage more confidently.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner.

Ecstatic! Few months of intense training had paid off. However a few moments later, I can’t help but to feel the disappointment of other contestant.

World Class Beauty Queens: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen?

It is always not too late to pursue your dream in life.

World Class Beauty Queens: How did competing in pageants helped your life?

The competition had widen my view, knowing my strength and weakness physically.

World Class Beauty Queens: How did pageants helped your selfesteem and body image?

Being trained the correct way to present myself in front of the cameras, audiences and on stage had certainly boost my self esteem and body image

World Class Beauty Queens: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel?

I feel very privilege and honoured to inspire all the girls out there.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk?

Confident, look up, smile and imagine walking toward your glory.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for choosing right pageant dress?

Designing and custom-made my own pageant dress, knowing the colour of my complexion, the shape of my body and hairstyle helps a lot.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for winning interview?

Always be yourself, answer confidently with a smile.

World Class Beauty Queens: How did you prepare for your competition?

Having a healthy diet and exercise regularly keep myself afresh, clear minded and prepared for the challenges ahead.

World Class Beauty Queens: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it?

The heels that I had chosen did not really fit well. I had to endure the pain while walking and

standing on stage. I would certainly try walking with any ne apir of shoe after this painful experience.

World Class Beauty Queens: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest?

Some of the girls had put too much pressure on themselves which caused under perform on stage.

World Class Beauty Queens: Any modeling or acting experience?

I was a ballerina during the early years and a chief dance choreographer in my late twenties, I believe the stage experience I had is comparable to an actor or model

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your plans for 2019 as a Queen?

I will seek more opportunity to share the challenges I face to achieve my dream as a pageant, hopefully to motivate the younger audiences to do well in their life
