Since launching Richman Luxury, leading Singapore luxury watch winder providers, Dr. Jin Wu has received a string of international awards for her entrepreneurial achievements. They include Corporate Livewire Singapore Prestige Award 2020- 2022 Birmingham, United Kingdom. Best Luxury Watch Winders in Singapore 2022 Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2022, The United States of America and Singapore’s Emerging Entrepreneurs of the Year (Singapore) Association of Trade & Commerce (Singapore) to name just three of many. She’s also the founder of the Richman Foundation, which supports worthy causes such as animal welfare, arts and culture, children’s wellbeing, education, poverty alleviation, homeless people and social services. Its global mission is “to educate, inspire and change the world through the Pay Peace Forward movement, a catalyst to achieve the United Nations 17th Sustainable Development Goals 2030”.

In recognition of her philanthropic efforts, in August 2021 Jin Wu received an Honorary Doctorate in Philanthropy from the University of St Mother Theresa for Digital Educational Excellence and Sustainability Development and World Peace.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does women Empowerment mean to you?
"Women empowerment means that women support other women in everything. This means that we stop judging one another for our actions, our choices of who we want to be, and what we choose to wear, etc. Instead, we recognize that we are all unique and we are all uniquely qualified to bring value to the world."

This is the first time participating as World Class Beauty Queens Singapore Ambassador 2023.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What inspired you to join World Class as Singapore Ambassador?
The USA model, Mr United Nations 2018 Derek Tokarzewski inspired me to join World Class as Singapore Ambassador. He is the owner of a World Class Brand. I love his positivity in life and in his works.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your platform or what cause/charity do you support or volunteer for.
Social Service: Richman Foundation currently supports African schools’ nursery, primary & secondary schools with white marker boards and student scholarship support. Next mission will be in India.
Dr. Jin Wu’s work continues: Our Work for Children around the world: Richman Foundation is distributing food to vulnerable children- infants and young children suffering from malnutrition.
Richman Foundation will continue to retain its spirits, culture and tradition under the leadership of Dr. Jin Wu and for generations to come, that it will continue to prosper and grow in order to be of service to serve and care for the less fortunate, the less privileged, the needs of fellow human beings within our nation, and around the world.
As its foremost importance Dr. Jin Wu “The Joy of Giving Mission to Millions” where orphans around the world receive unexpected “gifts.” Gifts in the form of free meals, quality education through programs/ schemes. Rehabilitating and developing orphans, semi-orphans, destitute, and other disadvantaged and destitute through appropriate programs/ educational schemes.

Jin Wu is a recipient of the World Peace Award 2020. The Green and White Nigeria Achievers Award 2020 recognizing and celebrating exceptional achievers. The Peace Award recognizes the contributions of individuals in fostering peace and security in Nigeria and the World. During the Covid- 19 Pandemic, Dr. Jin contributed in writing to the magazine book title on topics- Pay Peace Forward on Love, Peace, Happiness and Kindness and how firms can build a sustainable future in the face of Covid-19.
Jin Wu received an Honorary Doctorate in Philanthropy from Saint Mother Theresa University for Digital Educational Excellence and Sustainability Development and World Peace accredited by World Sign JBR Harvard USA. Affiliated to Cambridge School of Distance Education, the UK on 29th August 2021 and further wrote research papers for St. Mother Teresa University on 26th of August 2020 as it is Mother Teresa’s 110th Birth Anniversary and to commemorate her birthday, Jin is part of the writing research paper presentations in her respect entitled, “Can Love bring peace and Happiness during crisis lockdown.” These articles resonate with me in believing that the nation, country, and the world seek Love, Peace, and Happiness. The world is invited to spread compassion, kindness, and hope in the face of the Covid- 19 pandemic and stand together during difficult times. Shaping peace together.
Jin: If you had to teach something, what would you teach? Pay Peace Forward System: We can change our world for the better, not through the use of force, but by developing inner peace. It may feel like a huge task, but peace must be created by humanity, which is a collection of individuals. If one person creates inner peace within themselves and shares it with ten other people and each of them does the same — we can imagine influencing all 7 billion human beings.

26th of August 2020 is Mother Theresa's 110th Birth Anniversary, and to commemorate her birthday Dr. Jin publishing a book with research paper introductions in her respect entitled, "Love can bring Peace & Happiness during setback!" The research paper came in Top 3 and I graduated in St. Mother Theresa University with an Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) in Philanthropy.

Satisfaction of doing something great. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen?
Through life's experiences you have come to accept that some people can stay in your heart, but not in your life.
To be truly beautiful, it is the understated qualities of beauty which are sustaining. To possess any one of them will increase the experience of your beauty exponentially. Who you are internally is the marker of your influence on the world.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your plans for 2023 as a Queen?
This is my first time participating as World Class Beauty Queens Singapore Ambassador 2023 and I will be working closely with Derek Tokarzewski to recognise women with their voice through the World Class Brand Platform. This year 2023 will be in search to find these voices, by definition, strong women.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind?
Jin Wu said, “I firmly believe that I have to give back to the world that has given me so much.
Jin Wu will continue to serve exemplary accomplishments that serve a greater good to the community and the world. I give off my energy to things I think I can make better. Each of us can make a difference if we're willing to try. My determination to address issues that are of concern to all mankind. Jin Wu strongly advocates for visible philanthropy, believing that anonymous giving does little to encourage others and implies a passive role in the giving process. Through this advocacy, Jin Wu has been instrumental in influencing the thinking and general wellbeing of the community. This commitment will continue through the Richman Foundation, ensuring an ongoing and profound impact upon humanity to the World. Jin’s travel plans are to document Santa Claus' Mission to Millions works around the world and produce a film documentary and feature to the world.
