I live in New York City.  I like to have fun, color, ride my bike (which I just learned how to), gymnastics, swimming and pageants. I am a member of the prestigious New York City Children's Choir. I love to bake. Especially cakes. I watch a lot of baking shows and then try to make them at home. I also love to travel. My favorite city is Paris. I also sing my in church choir with the grownups sometimes. World Class Princess Magazine: What does women Empowerment means to you? Supporting all of my friends in everything that they do. Being kind and a good friend to everyone. Making sure girls feel positive about themselves. World Class Princess Magazine: Tell us about your pageant history. My first pageant was a small pageant in Pennsylvania. I loved it and I have since entered several other glitz/semi glitz pageants winning such titles as grand supreme and ultimate grand supreme. I started entering the natural Miss Spirit pageant 3 years ago. As Mini Miss New York City I won Mini Miss Spirit of New York. Last year I won Mini Miss Spirit of the USA (my current title). I will be representing USA and competing for Mini Miss Spirit International this Summer.  World Class Princess Magazine: What inspired you to do your first pageant? Watching TV shows about pageants. I loved all the costumes and dresses. World Class Princess Magazine: Why did you choose to compete for your current title? Because I love the Spirit Organization and all of the girls I have met. Everyone is so positive and kind.  And it was really fun.  World Class Princess Magazine: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about? The Spirit Organization is extremely community service oriented. I have learned so much about volunteering in my three years with the organization. It is also an amazing and supportive sisterhood. Everyone is kind and supportive of each other. World Class Princess Magazine: What are you being judged on during the competition? There are three phases of competition. Interview, Fun Fashion/Runway and Gown (the older girls have a fitness/swim category as well). Modeling and personality are judged for Fun Fashion/Runway. Stage presence and modeling are judged in the gown category. Interview is judged on personality and responsiveness.  World Class Princess Magazine: Tell us about your experience during the competition.  Sometimes it can be challenging as I get super nervous before the first event. But, once I hit the stage I feel beautiful and strong. In the end I always have a great time. It can be hectic changing quickly between competition phases but I still love it and I would not do it if I didn't.   World Class Princess Magazine: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for. My platform is endangered animals. I have made online videos, made a presentation to my classmates, hosted a lemonade stand to raise money, held an online fundrasier and hosted a virtual 5k. World Class Princess Magazine: What appearances have you done with your title? I have done many appearances with my title. I have supported autism awareness events, walked in parades, shared my platform (endangered animals), made donations to food and clothing banks, read books to children, attended fundraising walks to support NY Heart Association and NAMI, supported Wreaths Across America and made blankets for Toy for Tots to name a few.  World Class Princess Magazine: What are some of your achievements? At my school we don't have grades. We have reports. I am consistently acknowledged for my leadership and kindness. I auditioned and was accepted into the New York City Children's Choir 3 years in a row. I am most proud of learning to ride a bike this Spring. I finally conquered my fear! World Class Princess Magazine: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls? My self confidence and preparation.  World Class Princess Magazine: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner. I cried! And I felt like I was being crowned Miss America. It was amazing.  World Class Princess Magazine: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen? To inspire other people that dreams come true. World Class Princess Magazine: How did competing in pageants helped your life? I did not know anything about community service before pageants. I've learned so much. I've also learned to conquer my anxiety and stage fright! World Class Princess Magazine: How did pageants helped your self esteem and body image? It makes me take better care of myself physically and mentally. I think more now about what I eat and my overall physical fitness.  World Class Princess Magazine: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel? Amazing! I try to be a good role model for all the girls out there. It is a big responsibility but I always try to be the best I can be. World Class Princess Magazine: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over? The most important thing is to be yourself. If you are not trying to be someone you are not you will do better on stage. The second is to be confident. World Class Princess Magazine: How did you prepare for your competition? Practice, Practice and more Practice. You can never practice enough. I also put a lot of thought into what I am wearing in the competition.  World Class Princess Magazine: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk? Be confident! World Class Princess Magazine: What are your tips for choosing right pageant dress? Choose something you love and feel comfortable in.  World Class Princess Magazine: What are your tips for winning interview? Think before you speak! Listen carefully to the question and answer directly. Be confident in yourself.  World Class Princess Magazine: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it? Well my hoop under my dress fell down last year! I just had to keep walking and do the best I could. I still won my current title so I don't think the judges noticed too much! World Class Princess Magazine: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest? I don't really know. The competition happens so fast I don't have time to watch any of the other girls compete. World Class Princess Magazine: Any modeling or acting experience? This past year I was on SVU, The Prodigal Son and a new show that is coming out next year for Apple TV. I've been on Good Morning America 7 times, most recently for the Frozen 2 launch with Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel. It was so exciting to meet them! I was also featured in a Shorteez for Girls online campaign this spring.  World Class Princess Magazine: What are your plans for 2020 as a Queen? To be the best role model I can be.  World Class Princess Magazine: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind? That I was a leader, kind person and good citizen.
