Women’s empowerment is about giving back equality, dignity and opportunities to the female half of the world’s population , who simply want to be treated with the same respect as men and to be allowed to stand as equals side by side at work and at home.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your pageant history.

I competed in Mrs Singapore Worldwide in 2025 and emerged as Grand Winner, also winning the titles of  Charity Queen, Dazzling Beauty.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What inspired you to do your first pageant?

I wanted to stand up on behalf of women around me who have been downtrodden in society, to show that we can be our own measure of beauty, we can achieve goals we set our minds to, we can stand on the world stage and stand up to scrutiny without losing our centre.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Why did you choose to compete for your current title?

I chose to compete for my current title of Mrs Singapore Worldwide because I truly believe that all women are amazing (not just myself) and as a Singaporean I believe that we have what it takes to stand on the world stage and be winners in our own right, no matter our size and shape and status in life.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about?

The pageant is a system where women compete in an stringently judged event where the criteria is character, looks, likeability, respectability, and most of all confidence. It is a stage for contestants to hone themselves and truly  shine as their own best version of themselves.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are you being judged on during the competition?

I was judged on personality, grooming, Q&A, catwalk, and confidence.

I believe that no child should go hungry and I did charity work raising thousands of dollars through bake sales to give to ST pocket money fund.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What appearances have you done with your title?

I believe in all their beauty with all my heart and see them as bright unique individuals  . I stand out because i have a big heart.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner.

I was very stunned and pleasantly surprised but I didn’t show my nerves as I’m trained to be calm under pressure. It was a wonderful moment.  It felt like I wasn’t just a worker and a mother - it felt like I was seen as a woman.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen?

To be a beauty queen is to hold up a symbolic flag to represent other women, to show the world that we are strong, we are beautiful, we can lead in our respective households and workplaces.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did competing in pageants helped your life?

It gave me a voice and a platform with a larger audience to tell other women that “you must believe in yourself and stand up for yourself, and also support other women.”

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did pageants helped your selfesteem and body image?

It gave me motivation to keep fit and keeping fit helped me to have a strong mind and presence for the stage. I have a positive body image and all bodies are beautiful - as for me I like to be fit.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel?

I feel like I have a responsibility to make good lifestyle choices and maintain a healthy and positive image as a public figure and a title holder . I am happy as I have given my very best and more,

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over?

I smile at everyone not just with my mouth, but with my eyes and my heart. I stand tall when no one is looking, and treat every stranger that I pass by with respect.

I went to the gym, took catwalk classes and ate healthy, attended rehearsals and prepared what I wished to share with the world.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk?

Walk in heels at home until your heels become a part of you. Stand tall and relax your arms. Chin up.

Choose one that compliments your eyes or skin. If you look in the mirror (or take a picture), your eyes should stand out against the colour of the dress

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for winning interview?

Prepare your true story and statements but speak from your heart. The imperfect answer spoken with sincerity is far better than the perfect answer spoken without sincerity

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it?

I regret nothing. Even falling while walking up the stage, was part of the journey.

I wish I practiced my catwalk more, as there is much room for improvement

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest?

It is okay to be nervous when there are other contestants competing for the same title ,  but it is not okay to make other others look bad.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Any modeling or acting experience?

No I don’t have any experience

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your plans for 2026 as a Queen?

I will use my voice to promote female empowerment so as to help to level the playing field so that women can hold up half the sky.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind?

The legacy I want to leave behind is that the future generation of girls and boys do not know what it means to experience gender discrimination.
