I'm a financial consultant by profession and , I’m passionate about securing my clients’ financial health, making sure that they are protected against any of life’s unpleasant surprises.

I have a very supportive parents and a loving husband, and I’m a proud mother of 2 beautiful daughters whom I love dearly. I would always make time to do charity and social work for the residents in the community whom I served as a grassroots leader.

I graduated from University of London with a Honors in Bachelor of Business.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does women Empowerment means to you?

To me, Women’s empowerment is promoting women's sense of self-worth, their ability to make their own choices and decisions in life, and their power to influence and help the society.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your pageant history.

Lumiere International is the first official pageant that I’ve competed in and I’m glad that I took this leap of faith to pursue this.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What inspired you to do your first pageant?

My late mother is the main reason for me to join this pageant. She had led a wonderful life and had been selflessly helping people all her life, making an impact in people’s life and I’m really proud to call her my mum and I would want to continue her legacy in making an impact in people’s life. And I’m really glad that she was able to witness me being crowned as Mrs Singapore Asia Pacific Global 2021/2022.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Why did you choose to compete for your current title?

The purpose of me joining this pageant is to challenge myself and to prove to married women, especially mothers that, even after having children we can still feel confident and beautiful, and nothing is impossible.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about?

Our pageant system is Lumiere International founded by Mdm Quek Siew Bee Justina, she is a very capable leader and this is a very great platform for women to all come together to help others.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are you being judged on during the competition?

During the competition, we are being judged by our confidence, our poise, our mannerisms on and off stage and most importantly our attitude in life.


World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your experience during the competition.

We had a very different experience this year because this pageant was held during a period of pandemic. I’m sure it would be very different from the past pageantries. But I’m glad that we all took it positively and still managed to enjoy it and made many new friends from it.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for.

Lumiere international is an organization that focus on helping women and their motto is to respect nature, live healthy, love unconditionally and most importantly is to help others and I hope that someday, I would be able to help women and children around the world.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What appearances have you done with your title?

Social media presence and some charity work involvement. I would want to be the voices of women and inspire as many people as possible.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are some of your achievements?

The accomplishment that I’m most proud of, is to have given birth to 2 lovely girls. And because of what i have achieved in my career, I’m able to spend quality time with them and not missing any of their milestones growing up, and still being able to provide for them.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls?

I feel that what makes me standout from my fellow contestants might be my confidence. I have the confidence because I do not fear failure, every failure brings me closer to success. And I know no matter what happens, my family and friends would be proud of me.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner.

That will be a moment that I’ll never forget, I was shocked yet happy. I stood rooted to the ground and dumbfounded for a few seconds, before walking over to receive my award when my name was being called. I was very happy because I have family and friends who had been rooting for me since the first day I’ve been in this journey and I’m really thankful for that.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen?

To me, Beauty Queen does not mean that you’re the most beautiful looking person. More importantly, it is to have a heart with empathy and the power of influence so that we’ll be able to help the people around us with our title.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did competing in pageants helped your life?

Pageants help me to open up my view to see a lot more and to be grateful of what we have.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did pageants helped your self-esteem and body image?

Pageants helped with with our Self-esteem and confidence through ours trainings, we learnt that we’re capable of doing more than we imagined. We also learnt to adopt healthy habits, with good nutrition and exercise – we were encouraged to eat healthy and exercise in order to look our best for the competition.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel?

I feel very honored to be able to inspire other girls, and I believe that as long as one have the determination, you’ll be able to achieve what you truly want.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over?

My strategy is to be myself, and to be comfortable, keeping calm and elegant, staying confident in whatever I do.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did you prepare for your competition?

I worked on my Self Esteem, Self-discipline, Motivation, and Determination. In order to improve physically and mentally, it requires determination, tenacity and focus. When I have the desire to achieve something, there will be goals set and naturally I will be motivated to pursue them. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk?

I think the most important factor to ace in catwalk is to practice with confidence, stand up straight, perfect your T pose, and keep your shoulders back to maintain good posture.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for choosing right pageant dress?

Choose a dress that accentuate your body shape as it would elevate your confidence. I always believe in, “You are what you wear”.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for winning interview?

Just be prepared and be natural, calm and confident. Most importantly, you have to believe in you say and mean it so that you will be able to say it with conviction and confidence.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it?

I think that I have did my very best despite my circumstances and I have no regrets and I’m sure my friends, family and supporters are proud of me.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest?

Everyone of us have our own sets of strengths and weaknesses, and despite competing in a pageant during a pandemic, every single one of our lovely pageant ladies in our batch still did our very best this time round.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Any modeling or acting experience?

I was a child actor when I was very young and acted in some dramas and variety shows in our local Chinese broadcasting centre.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your plans for 2022 as a Queen?

I hope to increase my power of influence so that I’ll be able to help more people around me with my title.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind?

I would like to be remembered as someone who brings joy and happiness to those whom I love and care about and someone who has made a positive impact to people’s life.
