I am a happy, carefree and easy going lady. At this age, I believe life is important and must be Happy and Healthy.

She must be Confident and feel good always. Do not be disheartened when things do not get right. Be strong.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your pageant history.
I am glad to win the Senior category Queen title from TKS.
World Class Beauty Queens: What inspired you to do your first pageant?
I am successful in life, and I was very confident in the Pageantry journey.
World Class Beauty Queens: Why did you choose to compete for your current title?
I am age 78. Singapore encourages all Pioneers to be Happy, Stay Active, Strong and Healthy. I want to set an example to all Singapore's lady pioneers and seniors especially.
World Class Beauty Queens: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about?
It was a 6 months pageantry journey. We were taught on catwalks, fashion sense, social etiquette, charity, self speech on stage, confidence and most importantly Compassionate heart.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are you being judged on during the competition?
Characters, manners, helpfulness, talent, knowledge, speech and interview.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your experience during the competition.
I get to know many people, many kind of characters people, the bad and the good, the kind and the jealousy. It was a memorable, fruitful and challenging pageantry competition.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for.
To tell the Seniors and Pioneers - Nothing is impossible. Do have a happy and open heart, do anything with a smile.
World Class Beauty Queens: What appearances have you done with your title?
I was invited to Batam, KL, JB, Penang for their events. I was featured on our local newspapers as well as in Malaysia. Now I'll appear in World Class Beauty Queens Magazine.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are some of your achievements?
My best 2 Great achievements were, being crowned and won the title Senior Mrs International 2018, and I won the Senior top 6 Talent competition in KL by Mrs Chinatown World 2018.
World Class Beauty Queens: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over?
Be happy, confident and present your best Smile.
World Class Beauty Queens: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls?
I was one of the second oldest among the Senior category. I was already a famous public figure in Singapore and Malaysia.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner.
I was very Happy and I told myself, I did it, I won!
World Class Beauty Queens: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen?
I must always be reminded that I am a Beauty Queen. To lead and show good examples to my friends and strangers.
World Class Beauty Queens: How did competing in pageants helped your life?
I am getting more popular. I have more people calling me for advertisement commercial and short film filming. Most time, being invited to their Openings of new office/branch. Thank you Ms Beverly, TKS N Sons for giving me these Awesome opportunities.
World Class Beauty Queens: How did pageants helped your selfesteem and body image?
I keep myself even healthier by eating well, have enough sleep and rest. Not forgetting to dress up and be presentable always.
World Class Beauty Queens: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel?
I feel at age 78, I am representing my country Singapore to tell the Seniors and Pioneers that we are still young at heart. Do it while you can!
World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk?
I was given training on pageant walks during my TKS Pageantry journey and Mrs Chinatown World Pageantry journey in KL. Be patient, learn, observe well and practice.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for choosing right pageant dress?
I googled and consulted my Mentor, Queen Cassandra Ho, Elite Mrs Singapore Asean 2016. I like to thank her for her guidance and love to all of us during the Pageantry journey. She was the one to advice us and prepare us for the pageantry outfits. Of course, our Pageant Director, Ms Beverly Tan set the theme and colours of outfits for us to easily prepare for her Pageant.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for winning interview?
Smile and be yourself, be Confident. Tell from the bottom of your heart.
I do not google or memorize, whatever question asked, I just answer gracefully.
World Class Beauty Queens: How did you prepare for your competition?
It was a 6 months journey. With my pageant sisters and mentor, every event during the journey went on smoothly.
World Class Beauty Queens: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it?
There is no mistake made. But, if would redo. I will want to have more supporters to the Coronation night.
World Class Beauty Queens: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest?
They are many types of pageant girls. I feel one should not compare and gossips.
World Class Beauty Queens: Any modeling or acting experience?
Yes, I acted and perform for the past 40 years. I am proud to have at least 100 commercial advertisements in my life. And, countless of acting roles in the drama series.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are your plans for 2019 as a Queen?
I hope to inspire more ladies to come forward to join our TKS Pageantry journey.
World Class Beauty Queens: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind?
I hope to leave behind a legacy that many will be envied.... at age 78 years old, I won and crowned Senior Mrs International 2018. She is a legacy talent and is a well know Queen in Singapore, Malaysia and USA. Now, is gonna be World Class Beauty Queen.
