A phoenix – enable human potential through people skills development, a courageous orator for Women Empowerment, Gender Equality, Youth Leadership, social-entrepreneur, social cancer survivor, being a solo-n-positive parent shares the vision to bring up an ecosystem to those who can maximize their potential from any remote place in India.

The founder and CEO of Eagles Eye, an institute which provides People Skill training, Career Counselling, Grooming, and Fashion Styling, A volunteer fundraiser in an NGO – my Abhilasha, Admin advisor in Samhati – another NGO which works for substitute livelihood. Having more than a decade of experience in the IT industry and almost one and a half decades of people skills development. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Please tell us about your education. B-Tech-Computer Science & Engineering(Year - 2004-2008) From West Bengal University of Technology, Executive Program in Business Analytics (Year - 2019-2020) from Indian Institue of Management, Calcutta, Post Graduate Program in Data Science & Business Analytics (Year - 2020-2022) from University of Texas Austin. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does women Empowerment means to you? For women - Stop compromising on self-growth, align your parents later on your partner and family about your dreams and vision of life - Women can have it all. 2. Educate men -work doesn't understand gender. We human beings genderized the work. 3. Educate the mass to respect first. Women are not the substance to dominate, neither the toy to play with.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your pageant history. Participated in Ms India United Nations in May 2022 and won it. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What inspired you to do your first pageant? To get the platform to be a change-maker, as the charity begins at home, the change starts from your own. Being a domestic violence and marital rape survivor, I want to reach out to each and every woman in this world - Stop compromising about your self-worth, no one other than you can value you better. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Why did you choose to compete for your current title? This gives me the opportunity to put forward my people skills which I can transfer to my fellow mentees to begin women's empowerment, gender equality and youth leadership. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about? United Nations, as it is pretty known to the entire world, also has a pageant system to enable human values and spread positivity. Even it enables ambassadors to spread love, peace and positivity throughout the world. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What makes your director different from others? Spreading smiles, easily approachable, spreading positivity. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are you being judged on during the competition? From vision to mission - how we dealt with the past, how I treated my fellow contestants well as volunteers, how we deal with our present and how we deal with the future.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your experience during the competition. Raised my self-esteem, raised my self-worth, gave my visions some wings of fire, and as a Mom showed my little one a new horizon of life. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Who would you recommend your system to? First my daughter, secondly, I want to enable a group of people every year with the same but advanced mission, vision and goals. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for. Fund Raising for the NGO -My Abhilasha. Enable the work format of NGO-Samhati. Starting my own venture for Human Potential Enablement - Eagle's Eye. Pitching for the overall development of children. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What appearances have you done with your title? In the Rotary International District 3240 -club level youth development program. In various remote areas of Bengal to enable the potential among the youth. I want to make it in PAN India as well as in third-world countries, especially among Women. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are some of your achievements? Being invited to Council for Fair Business Practices as 50 women achievers. Nominated as Aspiring Entrepreneur in Soft Skills Training in 2023.

World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls? Fearless, Courageous, Strategic thinker, Keeps the message straight and to the point. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner. Thank the almighty and the entire team worked for me day in and day out. Looking at my 5-year-old daughter clapping for me with joy, love and respect; looking at my Mom who was also in the audience full of gratitude. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen? Beauty lies not only in the eyes of the beholder but who is carrying it from the heart. It shows your self-esteem, self-respect, and self-worth along with what change are you bringing to the table. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did competing in pageants helped your life? It showed me the way how I can enable others with their fullest potential what I was actually doing for a longer time. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did pageants helped your selfesteem and body image? I always liked to keep my head high as a self-made woman. Being a Single Mom of a kid, it is always a dream for me to bring some values to the lives of next-generation where gender bias will tend to be null. And it starts with my own. Stop body-shaming yourself first (though I always got it from my parents from my childhood first, and then from others). I shed off all kinds of unhealthy fat to stay fit and healthy to gift myself a healthier me. And that is what the pageant helped me with later on. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel? I feel lucky to be with them and inspire them to love themselves first rather than compromise. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over? Learning and presenting at the same time.


World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did you prepare for your competition? Learn learn and learn to show your worth and be with you. The most important ingredient here is Honesty. be honest with your answers, and be honest with yourself. Nothing can stop you. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk? Look at the videos, learn, and practice. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for choosing right pageant dress? Find out your dream one, go to the nearest tailor, and tell them to make it for you as a customized one. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for winning interview? Be honest, be yourself. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it? Bringing more value to me rather than being a family person. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest? Didn't focus at all. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Any modeling or acting experience? After pageantry, I walked for International Fashion Week, CFBP (to raise funds for Cancer Patients) and CAFE. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your plans for 2022/23 as a Queen? Bring up an institute to enable human potential as well as bring up an ecosystem for the solo parents. World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind?
