To be able to study any career that I want with the same opportunities as a male, and to have a voice and have my opinions heard.

World Class Princess Magazine: Tell us about your pageant history.

I competed in my first pageant holding the title of Young Miss Latinita Roosevelt County 2018, won the state title of Young Miss Latinita New Mexico 2019. Now I hold the title of Young Miss Latinita Southwest US 2019 and will be competing at the National level August of 2020.

World Class Princess Magazine: What inspired you to do your first pageant?

My older cousin that also does pageants, I wanted to be like her and have all these beautiful crowns and be able to wear beautiful dresses.

World Class Princess Magazine: Why did you choose to compete for your current title?

I wanted to show myself that I could do it, and it is fun. I enjoy being on stage and I have a lot of support from my huge family.

World Class Princess Magazine: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about?

It is focused on the Latina Culture and helps us to promote our beliefs and show everyone that we can also hold great titles and be involved and seen in our community.

World Class Princess Magazine: What are you being judged on during the competition?

We are judge on our modeling, which we model in our opening number outfit, Traje Tipico (Heritage Dress) , and of course our evening gown. We will be judged on how we present ourselves on stage also.

World Class Princess Magazine: Tell us about your experience during the competition.

My experience was great, I was nervous at first but once I got out on stage it went away. I got to meet a lot of girls from my state, that were also going through the same competition and we became good friends.

World Class Princess Magazine: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for.

My platform is Teen Suicide Awareness, I would like for all Teens to know that there are people out there that can help with whatever they might be going through and that I am also here to listen to what they have going on, and to tell them that there is not a problem in this world that cannot be fixed and that that is not a solution to fix their problems. I have volunteered in many events, such as dinners, fashion shows, I have helped raised money for the needs, donated books and Christmas Gifts to kids at a low income school.

Several dinners, parades, fashion shows, local fairs and festivals.
