World Class Argentina Fashion Magazine: Tell us about yourself.
I’m a passionate fashion and jewellery lover, if you can actually call someone that. I have always been always interested in fashion, and most importantly having class and style means everything to me. Being an Olympian swimmer (Sydney 2000) I also value simplicity and comfort. My designs are a pure reflection of my personality.
World Class Argentina Fashion Magazine: When did you became passionate about fashion industry?
I had a true passion for the fashion industry since I can remember! As a little girl, I used to design my own clothes. Being brought up in Poland, which back then was under a communist regime it was close to impossible to obtain nice clothes, let alone jewellery. I used to design my own clothes and my grandma used to make them for me. I love fashion as it lets you express yourself without words.
World Class Argentina Fashion Magazine: Why did you choose jewellery design?
Besides jewellery being my true passion. The reason I have decided to start my own line is that I was always looking for something a bit different, something more unique, something that you simply can’t find in a standard shop. My mom is a true pearl lover, and even as a little girl I always found them very classy and feminine. Being me, I wanted to add a little twist to it and make it a bit more unique. I can clearly remember when one of my professors told me ‘find your true passion, turn your passion into your profession and you will always be a happy and successful person who delivers an excellent product’. This simple sentence has stayed with me to this very day. I certainly found my passion, and this is how AllyM came to life. I absolutely love designing and making each and every single one of my designs.
World Class Argentina Fashion Magazine: Tell us about AllyM Pearls.
AllyM offers bespoke designs which are handmade with love and passion. Collections range from classic freshwater pearl designs to freshwater pearls uniquely blended with a variety of colourful gemstones and CRYSTALLIZED™- Swarovski Elements. My designs offer a unique blend of classy and contemporary designs which can be worn daily as well as for this special occasion
World Class Argentina Fashion Magazine: What materials do you use to create your fantastic jewellery?
I only use the best quality materials and work on every single piece separately. I source the best quality freshwater pearls and blend them with a variety of colourful gemstones and CRYSTALLIZED™- Swarovski Elements. It is the uniqueness of each piece that makes it so special.
World Class Argentina Fashion Magazine: Why Pearls?
Pearls are one of the most elegant and timeless precious stones that you can wear. They are so unique to the world of gemstones and the exciting thing about them is that they can go with any fashion and will never go out of style! Pearl jewellery is so simple, classy and very elegant same time, and it will certainly make your outfit stand out.
World Class Argentina Fashion Magazine: You and your jewellery were part of the photoshoot for the cover for our 5º Issue of World Class Argentina Fashion Magazine with an incredible team the lovely fashion designer our cover Iris Rodriguez, the gorgeous model Angelina Kali, the wonderful art director and photographer Montu, and more, how was that experience?
The photoshoot itself was amazing. We have worked together so well, and I truly enjoyed every second of it. The entire team were very professional and a pure pleasure to be around and make the shoot happen. Montu is an extremely talented photographer, Iris is an exceptional designer and her dresses are beyond magical. Beautiful Angelina, as per usual, delivered an excellent job! We also had great the pleasure to work with an incredible hair guru Dar (IG @hairbydarlondon) and the amazing make up was done by Paula (IG @paulaclarkwelsh). I can’t wait to work with them on another project.
World Class Argentina Fashion Magazine: How do you see yourself in 10 years?
I like to focus on the present as this is where I can take action and therefore influence the future. I have big dreams and aspirations and most importantly I want to continue delivering an excellent product.
