World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for. During the pageant I have volunteered for the breast cancer awareness cause creating a project called #Eatpink8 where I share healthy Mediterranean diet recipes, rich of anti oxidants and vitamins.

World Class Beauty Queens: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over? My strategy was just to be myself and replying to the questions with confidence and sincerity.

World Class Beauty Queens: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls? During this pageant I have learned not to compare myself to the other ladies but to appreciate their qualities and learn from their strengths. I believe that all the other pageants are beautiful and talented and we have our own strengths; mine is to have a heart for people, taking care of their needs and helping them to achieve their dreams.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner. I was really surprised and happy at the same time. For a moment I felt like dreaming but I was really honored to receive the title and proud of myself. I thought of my parents and how happy they would be for my achievement.

World Class Beauty Queens: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen? It means wearing a crown to serve people, to inspire, influence and impact. It means being able to leave a legacy.

World Class Beauty Queens: How did competing in pageants helped your life? The pageant journey helped me to know myself more, to face my fears, to understand what I really want in life, to learn and be inspired by the other contestants, learning how not to compare because we are all beautiful and unique in our own way.

World Class Beauty Queens: How did pageants helped your self-esteem and body image? It helped me to believe more in myself, my capabilities, it boosted my self esteem. I started to look at the mirror and love the image that I see, instead of just criticizing it.

World Class Beauty Queens: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel? It feels good but it is a great responsibility at the same time. It is nice sharing my story and knowing that other girls can be inspired and motivated by the way I overcome some of my struggles and difficult moments in life.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk?

Learn from a coach or watching online videos and do lots of practice using 6 inches heel shoes. World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for choosing right pageant dress? Choose a dress that you like, that makes you feel like a princess and gives you confidence when you wear it.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for winning interview? Share from your heart and be honest.

World Class Beauty Queens: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it? I wish I could redo my talent show with more confidence. I was the first one and I was nervous, my hands were shaking while doing my cooking dance.

World Class Beauty Queens: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest? I believe that “trying to be the best” or pretending to be “perfect” is a mistake made by some girls; just be the best version of yourself is the best way to be appreciated by the judges.

World Class Beauty Queens: Any modeling or acting experience? No, I don’t have any modeling or acting experience yet, but I am open to new experiences in the future. I like new challenges and learning new things.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your plans for 2019 as a Queen?

I plan to continue sharing about breast cancer awareness through my #Eatpink8 project and to publish a cooking book where I share recipes from Italy and the Mediterranean diet.

World Class Beauty Queens: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind?

I want to leave a legacy to women who have gone through lots of emotional struggles and low self-esteem, I want to share my testimony and inspire them to believe in themselves, to become everyday a better person and to believe in the power of their dreams.
