Born in India and now moved to Australia for better life. I am a domestic violence survivor. I am very strong women by nature. Was married but had really bad and terrible experience with my ex partner. Almost every day I was been bitten. Left him carrying bruises all over my body. But now when I stand in front of the mirror I feel proud of myself to see what I have achieved in few years of time. My philosophy of life is to "look different from the crowd so that the world can recognize this name Smriti Goyal".

World Class Beauty Queens: What does women Empowerment means to you?

-Women Empowerment is to know your rights, to be able to follow your dreams without any hurdles.

-Women Empowerment is to be a roll model to the people in need. To be able to set up a positive impact towards the life.

Being a domestic violence survivor I can easily relate with women who go through this issue on day to day life. It's hard to deal with it by yourself. We all need to stand up together for them so that they can stand on their feet by their own.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your pageant history. I started modeling carrier at the age of 16. My family always supported me. I started modeling for few designers in India on the ramp. But still wasn't satisfied wanted to do something more than that. So I decided to try pageant industry.

It was my dream to be able to compete on the International stage, to make my country and people proud.

World Class Beauty Queens: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about?

People think that pageant is all about walking on the ramp wearing beautiful gowns and makeup. Which is just 1/3rd part of it. We need to work hard for 365 days.

We start preparations by-

▪ Drafting a strong bio.

▪ Search sponsors for yourself.

▪ Involving with community work.

▪ Needs to be active on social media.

▪ Workouk, diet plan

▪ Building up networks, meeting new people, promoting your cause.

▪ Photoshoots

These preparations might sound easy but it actually takes entire year to put everything together. And I am really proud to be able to represent my country with all my hard work and responsibility towards my community and nation.

People use to call me tiny, petite and use to make joke of my physical appearance. But after I entered the pageant I have started looking myself in a different way. I am more confident than I was earlier. I have learned that being women itself is the essence of beauty.

It means more responsibility. You always responsible to set the positive example to all the girls out there. As they are following your footsteps.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk?

The best pageant walk should be full of confidence, poise and grace. You need to be very careful on picking up the outfits. It should not be uncomfortable at all when you walking on the ramp. And also make sure you pick the right footwear too. Practice your walk infront of the mirror balancing a book over your head. This exercise helped me so I believe it will help others too.

Right pageant dress should suits your body type.

If you are tiny petite always wear vertical pattern to make you look taller.

If you are little bit chubby or overweight try to wear dark colors you will feel more comfortable walking the ramp.

Always remember to choose the outfit which makes you happy.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for winning interview?

Always have positive thoughts during the interview. Never start your sentence by saying I believe or according to me. You are representing your thoughts in front of the judges so be firm to your thoughts and answers. Never try to copy others answers. As it should your inner voice not someone's else.

World Class Beauty Queens: How did you prepare for your competition?

Preparing for the pageant could be little challenging. But with the right planning and technique you will achieve your goal.

I always plan before I execute anything further.

I planned my strategy for example start contacting the people for sponsorship. As without the right tools you can't do anything.

Set the time frame to manage everything smoothly. Contact community services for charity and volunteer. These are the main things which needs time to organize. And then finally look at to your wardrobe selection accordingly.  Meanwhile don't forget to practice your pageant walk and your speech.

World Class Beauty Queens: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest?

I am not the right person to judge anyone for their mistakes. It's all about learning positive manners and keep brushing up your skills.

Yes I did modeling for fashion industries in India. And acting in Party Bus
