‘Dreams are not only dreams, they are reality waiting to happen’ . I am Mrs. Pallavi Tandon, a lady with a never give up attitude. Life has not been easy for me, at an early age I started working and supported my mother, but with all that was happening in life, I had never given up on my dream of competing for a good pageant. Also I believe your attitude determines your altitude in life so always dream high. I am grateful for the challenges in my life because that has made me a strong and fearless person. In my free time I love traveling, trekking, and drawing.

I am BA in Psychology, Certified Career Counsellor from UCLA and a Certified Life coach.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does women Empowerment mean to you?
According to me, Women empowerment is not competing with men or proving them to be equal to men. By nature, God has created man and woman differently. For me it’s a Process by which women gain power and control over their own lives and acquire the ability to make strategic choices.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your pageant history.
It has been a beautiful journey. It taught me values for life. It taught me things like discipline, punctuality, responsibility and patience. Most importantly, I made friends for life, all the contestants were from different Countries and backgrounds. We all learnt so much about each other and their life journey which was very inspiring. It made me feel strong and confident.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What inspired you to do your first pageant?
2 things inspired me, first I always wanted to participate in a good pageant as it was my childhood dream and second this is the first time someone in my family took interest in pageantry, so I wanted to inspire my next generation in my family and set a steppingstone.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Why did you choose to compete for your current title?
I want to do something for myself. After marriage I got busy in my daily life, and had lost my self-confidence. Hence to motivate myself, I choose to go for Mrs India International Queen and rediscover myself.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about?
The pageant is more focused on bringing all likeminded women together who want to bring change in the society and the moto ‘Be strong, be confident and be you’ is what all women need to know.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are you being judged on during the competition?
I feel you are not only judged for your physical appearance, confidence, communication skills, stage presence, but also your overall positive energy, your behaviour towards fellow contestants, your mentors, judges also the ability to learn quickly, active participation and always smiling face.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your experience during the competition.
It was really good our days were so well planned. Every day we had such good mentors who taught us about self-defence techniques, how to take care of our skin, how to carry ourselves and much more.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about your platform or what cause you volunteer for.
As mental health is the biggest concern in today's generation. I feel mental health should be treated like physical health and discussed as normally as physical illnesses, especially because physical and mental health are both connected. I will use my voice to overcome the issue of mental health.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What appearances have you done with your title?
Just after winning, I was a Celebrity Guest at Orlem Youth Association 2022. Few NGO called for inspirational talks.

Becoming a Life Coach is the most important achievement in my life, because with this knowledge, I can impact the lives of so many people and help them to live a stress free and happy life. And I am also proud of being a mother to a cute Daughter, I feel being a mother is the best feeling in life. and cherry on the cake for my life is Winning the title of Mrs India International Queen 2022 which is my biggest achievement.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls?
Everyone is amazing in their own way, but what makes me stand out of all, My confidence, self-belief, courage, and positive attitude. I was not in competitive mode always; I knew it was a competition but I was just working on giving my best without worrying what others were doing.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner.
Like many girls out there, even I as a child had a dream of being a pageant winner. We always looked up to those who had achieved it and wished to be in their shoes. Eventually, I decided to go all in and pursue my dream. I had dedicated months of constant preparation. Hence when my name was called as winner I really felt a sense of accomplishment and a proud feeling. Also seeing my daughter dance like crazy, it was the biggest gift. Life changed right before my eyes.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen?
It feels amazing but it all comes with huge responsibility. Hence with my commitment and lifelong learning attitude, the love and passion to achieve new goals in life will inspire people not today but always. I have the attitude that is, “the best is yet to come”, so I will always keep growing more in life by adding more diamonds to the Mrs India International Queen crown.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did competing in pageants help your life?
Pageants help in gaining more confidence, influence the women who don't have enough confidence to walk, to show everyone who they really are and most importantly it gives you the opportunity to show your best caliber and to be a role model to youth and express your views.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did pageants help your self esteem and body image?
It helps to a greater extent, pageants are not a day event, it’s a complete journey of a few days where they help you in building your self-esteem and improve your body image.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel?
It feels amazing to be able to inspire all girls in a positive manner. My positive attitude towards life has been inspiring for many young girls, even my journey of life from being raised by a single parent to becoming a strong and fearless woman, the obstacles I overcame in life with hard work and self-belief, and my desire to learn still inspires.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over?
I always feel when you are on stage that is your 1st and last chance to give your best in terms of your ramp walk, or the final Question and Answer round, so be true and give your best don’t worry that so many people are watching you, just remind yourself you are the best and you can do it.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: How did you prepare for your competition?
I really worked hard. I watched many motivational videos, read some good books, I used to stand in front of the mirror, practise and improve my body language.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk?
One of the best pageant walk tips to kill it on stage during your competition is to wear shoes that you can really strut your stuff in. The right pageant shoes will allow you to walk with the utmost confidence throughout every step of your competition.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for choosing right pageant dress?
A pageant is certainly the time and place to step up your game! Unless during a pageant you’re specifically asked to dress down, jeans and sneakers should not be in your wardrobe whatsoever. Every time you step out during your pageant competition, you should be dressed your very best from head to toe. Oh, and keep it modest too.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your tips for winning interview?
I feel good body language, speak loudly and confidently without pauses. Also, a contestant that makes a mistake or stumbles, but is able to pick herself up and make the best of the situation is definitely a plus. And yes, be your true self.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it?
I don’t think anything I would like to redo or fix, as I had given my best with full heart. And I had put out the best version of myself.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest?
I feel focusing too much on the competition may keep you from the crown. Judges want to crown a contestant who is enjoying themselves, and you can’t do that if you’re thinking about winning all of the time! Just give your best and the rest will fall in place.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: Any modeling or acting experience?
I have done modelling for a few Makeup artists and photographers.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What are your plans for 2022 as a Queen?
Winning this contest has made me realize that I have so much to give back to society. So this year I will visit some NGOs where I will share my experience and help them in the best possible way. I have been associated with a NGO Manthan Swasth where we provide medical support for less privileged people.
World Class Beauty Queens Magazine: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind?
If I am able to teach the importance of self-care and mental health to as many people as possible, I would consider that as my greatest achievement.
