I study to be a teacher and work in the family business. I really like spending time with my friends and family. I am very proud of my country Uruguay, its people, its culture and history.
It is a very beautiful place for tourism, with beautiful places to visit as well as to install ventures of any heading.
World Class Beauty Queens: What does women Empowerment means to you?
In my opinion, the empowerment of women helps us to be freer in what each one wants to be, without prejudice or humiliation.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your pageant history.
I have participated in a dozen beauty pageants obtaining almost 10 titles in my country. I have 13 years of experience in beauty pageants. From the first moment I liked the catwalk because I felt in it a magical place and that I could express myself as I really am, and that's what it is about, doing things in which we can flow.
World Class Beauty Queens: What inspired you to do your first pageant?
When I did my first contest I was 7 years old, I did it because I loved being on the catwalk. I liked the atmosphere that was formed and my sister accompanied me, who also appeared, it started as a test and I really liked it. From the first moment I had the support of my family, friends and ventures that accompanied me
World Class Beauty Queens: Why did you choose to compete for your current title?
I am interested in the cultural exchange that takes place in this contest since many countries participate.
World Class Beauty Queens: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about?
King and Golden Queen Universe it has been held since 2011 in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The intention of this contest is to unite countries of Latin America and Europe.
A great historical fact is that the Spanish many years ago came to America in search of El Dorado, a great treasure of gold which allowed them great wealth and that is why the tradition of giving gold crowns to the kings of Spain arises. Therefore the great symbol of this contest is to deliver a great crown.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are you being judged on during the competition?
During the contest physical, intellectual, attitude and language beauty are evaluated.
In addition to the final gala, they compete with the country's typical costume, in my case, a vedette designed by Shirley Souza, a swimsuit designed by Elsa Nuñez-Pocahontas, dressed in Blue City. All designs are exclusive and very beautiful. World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your experience during the competition.
This has given me the opportunity to meet more models from my country, exchange knowledge and techniques with them and we are currently preparing together for our trip to Bolivia.
Undoubtedly, the catwalk and speaking part is what I like the most, I do very well.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for.
I carry out social research projects to discover problematic realities of our society.
World Class Beauty Queens: What appearances have you done with your title?
I have been interviewed by national media and soon I will travel abroad to represent my country.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are some of your achievements?
I have several achievements both in modeling and personally. I graduated from high school with a good grade, very good performance in theater, recognized for giving good speeches and creating well-developed projects of my own.
I have many awards for modeling, I'm doing very well on the catwalk.
World Class Beauty Queens: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls?
Attitude is essential at all times, even more than clothing or accessories and that makes the chosen ones stand out.
World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner.
It was a very special moment when my National Director Laura Cuadra communicated it to me by telephone, I was chosen by herself to occupy this place.
World Class Beauty Queens: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen?
Being a Beauty Queen implies more than the physical state, but the care and integrity of the body, having discipline, attitude, respect and being kind.
World Class Beauty Queens: How did competing in pageants helped your life?
It allowed me to meet many good people, brands and people.
World Class Beauty Queens: How did pageants helped your selfesteem and body image?
In the contests you learn a lot about how to take care of your image, as well as how I learned it in my LC agency where I prepared to be a model.
World Class Beauty Queens: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel?
I think my message to all the girls is that they follow their dreams and believe in themselves, the power is in them.
World Class Beauty Queens: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over?
Smile and nature, being genuine is what counts.
World Class Beauty Queens: How did you prepare for your competition?
I prepared with my Director Laura Cuadra at her LC agency, with the great support of my coach Agustín Llanes.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk?
To have a good walk you have to practice, maintain a good posture always and not only when competing.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for choosing right pageant dress?
You should feel comfortable and elegant, the neckline, back and slash are good details.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for winning interview?
Never remain silent before a question, you must always answer.
World Class Beauty Queens: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it?
Walking very fast, but I have already corrected it.
World Class Beauty Queens: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest?
Not looking at the jury and getting tense, nerves cause these things.
World Class Beauty Queens: Any modeling or acting experience?
Many times I have modeled for local brands such as Help, Apache, Maragata Eventos, Sastreria Scanziani, Pippos.
The photographers with whom I have had the opportunity to work are several like my official photographer Cristian Machin and others like Florencia Rodríguez, Click photography, Georgina Lema, Fátima Bondad.
I am very recognized as a local model.
World Class Beauty Queens: What are your plans for 2020 as a Queen?
Meeting other cultures and people, I am very happy to be able to travel.
