I was awarded the National Junior Honor Society Gold Ribbon for completing over 300 community service hours in the school year. My goal is to obtain a bachelor’s degree in fashion design to become a Fashion Designer and have my own name brand, run my own fashion shows, and see my creations come to life on a model.

World Class Beauty Queens: What does women Empowerment means to you? In my opinion, women empowerment means becoming stronger and more confident because you believe in yourself, as well as, becoming the best version of yourself.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your pageant history. I won El Paso's baby pageant at the age of 2; I officially started modeling with a local agency at the age of 7; competed for Jr. Little Miss El Paso at the age of 9- obtaining 3rd runner up; won El Paso's Little Top Model at the age of 11; was crowned Little Miss El Paso at the age of 13 and most recently was crowned Miss West Texas Outstanding Teen at 14.

World Class Beauty Queens: What inspired you to do your first pageant? Honestly, the reaction - seeing the girl get crowned and watching her reaction made me want to be a princess too.

World Class Beauty Queens: Why did you choose to compete for your current title? Many people were encouraging me and rooting for me so I felt extremely confident.

World Class Beauty Queens: To those unfamiliar with your pageant system please tell us what is it about? The America system is a scholarship program and it stands for education, community service, women empowerment, diversity, talent and confidence. The four points of the crown stand for Style, Scholarship, Service, and Success.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are you being judged on during the competition? The highest score is based on the Interview and Talent, but we also compete in active wear, formal and on-stage question.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your experience during the competition. For this competition, I was not very nervous even though this was my first competition in which I was required to perform a Talent. I was excited about all the things I learned about the program and was inspired to adopt a Platform that reflects how I feel about promoting kindness.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about your platform or what cause do you volunteer for. My platform is called "Chain of Love." It is about how a Random Act of Kindness may mean nothing to the wold but it can mean the world to someone. To promote my platform, I volunteered at my old elementary school and talk with the students to raise awareness about Random Acts of Kindness and the impact it has on others.

World Class Beauty Queens: What appearances have you done with your title? Since I won my title in March, I have done a number of appearances. I modeled with a puppy at the Annual Fashion Show for Puppies to raise funds for the El Paso animal shelter; helped at the Dairy Queen "Free Cone Day" donation day event supporting the Children's Miracle Network; attended the City's Easter Parade and the Children's Miracle Network 1st Annual Egg-Hunt Easter event; spoke at my old Elementary School students about Random Acts of Kindness; attended the City of El Paso 146th birthday celebration; participated in the crowning of little girls at the Officer P. Herrera 1st Annual Princess Dance in Horizon City; helped at the El Paso Spring Fair to raised funds for the Children's Miracle Network; participated in the Run 4 A Heart 5 mile run/1 mile walk supporting cardiovascular surgeries for children by presenting medals and awards; helped in the fundraising event at the Baked Bear to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network; attended the Pool Party event for Miss El Paso and Miss El Paso Teen USA competition and most recently participated in the City's 4th of July parade.

Won 2nd place at the America’s Cup Cheerleader Competition; won 1st place in my elementary’s district art competition; 3rd place in the districts creative writing competition; won the El Paso Area Baby Pageant at the age of 2. Most recently, I made my high school's Varsity Dance Team.

World Class Beauty Queens: What is your on stage strategy to win the judges over? Be confident and give it 100% every time I stand on stage.

World Class Beauty Queens: What makes you stand out from all those other beautiful girls? All the girls I compete with are amazing, talented and they are all unique and deserving of the crown, but what makes me unique is that I am confident, dedicated, and a positive role model that inspires others.

World Class Beauty Queens: Tell us about the moment your name was called out as the winner. When I won, I was in shock. I could not express how happy I was and now I am extremely thankful I was given this opportunity.

World Class Beauty Queens: What does it mean to you to be a Beauty Queen? What it means to me is to be a positive role model, a leader, dedication and responsibility.

World Class Beauty Queens: How did competing in pageants helped your life? Competing helped me gain self-confidence and it has helped me improve my public speaking skills.

World Class Beauty Queens: How did pageants helped your self-esteem and body image? Pageants have helped me gain self-confidence, self love, and communication skills. I have taken the time to no only love myself, but love my sister queens.

World Class Beauty Queens: You are an inspiration to all the girls out there. How does it feel? Amazing! Being an inspiration for girls, even boys, makes me feel like I can have a bigger and positive impact on others lives.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for learning better pageant walk? Be in your zone, trust yourself, and walk like you already have the crown. Be confident, be beautiful, be you!

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for choosing right pageant dress? If you like the dress try it on (even if there are too many) and look in the mirror, your smile will say it all. Feel like the queen you are.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your tips for winning interview? Be prepared, make sure you understand and answer the question. Breath. Keep eye contact with the judges and smile.

World Class Beauty Queens: How did you prepare for your competition? I had "mock" interviews, I practiced my walk in the mirror, and I kept a healthier lifestyle.

World Class Beauty Queens: What is one mistake that you've done during competing you wish you could redo and fix it? I would not change anything because I believe I did everything for a reason.

World Class Beauty Queens: What other mistakes are made by girls during the contest? Not preparing and not taking the competition seriously.

World Class Beauty Queens: Any modeling or acting experience? I have been modeling since I was 2 in all types of Fashion Shows; bridal, back to school, fashion, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, El Paso Fashion Week, Harley Davidson, amongst others, I have been in a live interview for a Spanish TV station, and I was an Anchor and Interviewer at my school's daily morning news.

World Class Beauty Queens: What are your plans for 2019 as a Queen? I plan to continue to spread my platform of Random Acts of Kindness because a Random Act of Kindness may mean nothing to the world, but it can mean the world to someone.

World Class Beauty Queens: What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind? After my reign, I would like for people to remember me for my impact in my community, being an ambassador for random acts of kindness, and my dedication to community service.
